The administrator leads with visibility, warmth, and integrity. You can feel their commitment the moment you walk through the door. They set the tone for excellence, ensuring that every concern is addressed promptly and that the facility runs smoothly. The OP & PT staff were excellent Other staff were either great or treated you like dirt. This place really has some excellent staff but unfortunately they also have very poor staff. I hope someone goes in under cover and fires all there nasty rude staff so that the good workers get the credit they deserve

Husband is at Woodside for rehab. We’ve been very pleased with OT and PT sessions. He has come a long way. The staff is friendly and the atmosphere is welcoming. Low ratings are for nursing care. He is a diabetic heart failure patient. He was almost given another patient’s muscle relaxer instead of his own anti seizure medication. Luckily my daughter caught the error before he took the wrong med. He was given too much insulin and his glucose levels dropped to dangerous levels during the night. Luckily my daughter was there to hear the alerts on his monitor and give him food throughout the night. The doctor said he would make sure the nurses corrected the problem. Those are just two examples of dangerous situations we encountered.

Staff is very friendly. Place is in dire need of paint and refreshing. My brother is there for rehab. His TV has 3 channels. In this day and age that is unacceptable.

Horribly under-staffed facility. Patient care is at the bottom of their priorities. Very sad for the people who go here, just to suffer bad care for the last days of thier lives.
