This memory care may look pretty, but the staff is not equipped to deal with all dementia patients and doesn't treat everyone the same. The website says they provide compassionate, personalized care; however, my mother did not receive that. She was forced to leave less than 2 months after she moved in. She had some issues that could have been handled differently, but they were not able, nor willing to work with my family on finding an amicable solution. Moving her here was a big mistake and we regret that decision. There are much better memory care facilities in the Naples area with…

This memory care may look pretty, but the staff is not equipped to deal with all dementia patients and doesn't treat everyone the same. The website says they provide compassionate, personalized care; however, my mother did not receive that. She was forced to leave less than 2 months after she moved in. She had some issues that could have been handled differently, but they were not able, nor willing to work with my family on finding an amicable solution. Moving her here was a big mistake and we regret that decision. There are much better memory care facilities in the Naples area with experienced staff and a director who actually care and take the time to understand the needs of those with dementia. She has been doing well at her new facility for the past 4 months, so do your research and ask the appropriate questions before moving here.

Beautiful Facility
My husband was a resident at Seascape in the memory care unit for a year and a half until he died. The staff there took superb care of him all throughout his stay. I would recommend Seascape to anyone who is faced with having to place their loved one in memory care. I always had peace of mind that he was being well attended.
