I have visited Watercrest Palm Beach Gardens on many occasions and I must say each and every time I have been impressed. The staff is warm, friendly and helpful. The decor is beautiful. The residents are well taken care of and happy and the administrative staff is hands on and very involved in the day to day operations. Although it is a large community, each and every resident is greeted by name by all staff. At Watercrest Palm Beach Gardens you aren't just a number, you are a part of a family. This caring touch is consistent throughout the community from independent, to assisted, to memory care no one is left out. Memory Care team is great. Yesterday Lisa and Tiffany wanted to change my mom's clothes after dinner so the three of us did it together. She can be difficult so I really appreciate Tiffany and Lisa they are wonderful

I was impressed by the facility itself and the positive atmosphere created by your staff. What truly stands out to me is the exceptional level of care, love, and warmth shown by all employees towards the residents. The care my Dad is receiving is truly outstanding. I would like to specifically highlight the remarkable qualities of Noemi Santos, who is one of the most kind, caring, and hardworking individuals I have ever had the privilege of interacting with. Noemi consistently goes above and beyond in all aspects of his work, demonstrating amazing care and dedication to the residents. I am a senior living placement professional and have a few clients living in Watercrest. The staff is so accommodating and helpful with move ins and beyond. In particular Tammy is outstanding! I have worked with her for a few years and she is so understanding and compassionate! The food is very good and the activities keep everyone busy and engaged! I highly recommend this community when looking in this area!
I wanted to take this time to personally thank Shannekar who is one of the med techs on the memory care side. She has been unbelievably helpful to my Mom and her transitioning here. She is empathetic and caring and truly loves what she does. It shows every day that she is here how much loves her residents. Caring for others is truly a difficult and challenging ask. Not everybody is cut out to do this nor should they. Shannekar has a special knack for making everybody feel like the most important person in the room. I cannot thank her enough for welcoming my mom and my family to Watercrest. Thank you!!! April
