It is with overwhelming gratitude that I tell you this place is AMAZING!! Our mom has been at HSH for 2 years and has had the same incredible aide since she arrived. At HSH our mom is well taken care, she feels loved and she feels safe. Not so long ago, mom, who has dementia and is not a woman of many words/opinions these days, said to me. “If you don’t like living here, you won’t like living anywhere”. At HSH our mom is well taken care, she feels loved and she feels safe. Not so long ago, mom, who has dementia and is not a woman of many words/opinions these days, said to me. “If you don’t like living here, you won’t like living anywhere”. The success of HSH starts with the owner, Dave. Although he has 3 homes, full of people like mom, he communicates with me and my siblings as if he’s just another aide in mom’s home. He knows everything about her and communicates with our family frequently. Dave does not take the weekends off. He’s is always available with any assistance or attention needed by mom. HSH thrives because it is made up of capable people who care and know how to show it. They are excellent at all aspects of what it takes to manage an elderly person. I have tears in my eyes as I write this because I am so thankful for them. As a family, we have peace of mind knowing that our mom is in the best place she could be, as she lives out the remainder of her life. I am happy to answer any questions you may have. After having our mother in several assisted living care facilities and not really feeling comfortable with the proper care we found out about Home Sweet Home. Knowing Dave personally he asked that we come see his new concept, we didn't hesitate. The facility is great, care and attention our mother receives is exceptional. Even when she first moved on she loved it! After being there for several years we knew is was the right move for our mother. Thanks you Dave and all of your staff!

Home Suite Home is ideal facility for your loved one, I can’t say enough with respect to the overall experience for both the resident and family members, our Father, a resident for 5 years, felt at home in this small intimate facility and was always complimentary of the interactions with the staff. The facility was well maintained, clean and organized. The staff genuinely cared and were always attentive to his needs, they made us feel welcomed every time we visited. All meals were prepared from scratch and the presentation was like eating at home. Our Father passed away July, 2022 the owner and staff were amazing with the level of support, resources allocation, and recommendations for end of life care. Our family is forever grateful to the entire team at Home Suite Home it is a wonderful place that we would highly recommend for anyone!
Home Suite Home’s convenience, and level of care a loved one receives, undoubtedly makes them an industry leader. The staff is genuinely interested in developing the type of relationship and trust with your family member that in turn allows you to sleep well at night. A blessing. Highly recommended.
My husband has recently moved in to one of Dave’s homes. I am so happy after searching for one year that I have found the perfect environment! My husband is sleeping through the night and he no longer needs special skin care. The home setting is far superior to the large and understaffed memory care facilities I have experienced.
Although it was very difficult to allow anyone to take care of our father, Hone Suite Home is the ONLY place I would ever recommend Our family has had various experiences with hospitals and care centers, to include other ALFs. I would never consider any other option other than this "home" - Yes there are only a handful of residents in each house. Yes the staff is skilled but most importantly they are KIND. Yes your love one will be safe and cared for 24 hrs a day here. Extra bonus is Dave and his staff go above and beyond to assist with doctors appointments, using in home services whenever possible - from needing an X-ray to physical therapy, staff is always helpful in accommodating everyone. Dave Whielen has created a unicorn by insuring a safe, kind and above standard home environment for the elderly. You will consider yourself lucky to have found Home Suite Home.
Dave and his staff were incredible. They treated my mom so passionately! Thanks for taking so great care of my mom!
