The Palace Gardens

We are incredibly grateful for the care our father is receiving at Palace Gardens Memory Care/Assisted Living. We truly loved the Palace Suites, but as our father’s needs increased, we realized that he needed more attention. Moving him from the Suites to the Gardens was a very difficult decision, but Martha was instrumental in helping us understand both the level of care he would receive and the significant cost savings that came with making the move. What impressed us most about Martha is that she was not simply focused on making a sale or increasing profits. She was genuinely focused on what was best for our father and making sure he received the right level of care. That meant so much to our family. We also looked at other care options, including the Renaissance and Royale, and after comparing them with the Gardens, the difference was enormous. The level of care, attention, professionalism, and compassion at the Gardens is simply on another level. Indira, the doctors, management team, nurses, and CNAs are exceptional, and we have seen firsthand how much that focused attention has benefited our father. Our father had been experiencing a number of medical problems that, unfortunately, had been misdiagnosed or inadequately treated. The doctor and Indira at the Gardens took the time to truly evaluate him, identify what was actually going on, and straighten out years of medical issues that had not been properly addressed. The difference has been remarkable. Under their attentive and knowledgeable care, our father is doing amazingly better. His overall condition has improved tremendously, and we have a level of confidence in his medical care that we simply did not have before. Arlenis and Alejandro are wonderful. They make sure our father—and all of the residents—are well cared for. There is constant attention to what the residents need, not just medically, but emotionally and socially. They genuinely want the residents to have happy, meaningful experiences, and that shows in everything they do. The food is great, and the celebrations are amazing! We thought the celebrations at the Suites were impressive, but the celebrations at the Gardens are truly on another level. There is so much effort put into making the residents feel special and giving their families opportunities to celebrate with them. We also appreciate that the Gardens gives back to the surrounding community. Their support of first responders, who regularly visit the community, and their efforts to help local low-income students through the back-to-school event—providing much-needed technology and school supplies—show that their commitment extends beyond their residents. Most of all, there is a kindness and caring that you can feel every time you walk through the doors and on the phone during calls. Every interaction with the staff gives us confidence that our father is being cared for with compassion, dignity, and genuine concern. Knowing that our father is well cared for—not only when we are there, but especially when we cannot be there—is priceless. We are so thankful we made the decision to move him to the Gardens. It has made a tremendous difference in his health, his happiness, and our entire family’s peace of mind. Looking back, placing my parents at The Palace Gardens in Homestead was one of the best decisions our family has ever made. The moment you walk through the front doors, you can feel the difference. The community is beautifully maintained, spotless, and always so fresh and inviting. But what stands out even more is the feeling you get. It's filled with warmth, laughter, and caring people who truly make it feel like home instead of just another senior living community. The care my parents receive every day has exceeded every expectation. Indira and her incredible nursing team, especially Mickey and Tania, care for my parents with so much compassion and professionalism. Maria and Elvira are absolutely wonderful and treat them with such patience and kindness. Ricky does an amazing job with the laundry, and Martha has been there for our family since day one. No matter what we've needed, she's always been willing to help with a smile. My parents have so much to enjoy every day. Alejandro and Jasper keep the activities fun and engaging, and Sol and Aracely have created such a friendly atmosphere at the coffee bar. It truly feels like a community where everyone belongs. And I can't forget the food! Daisy and Annie prepare delicious meals that my parents genuinely look forward to every day, and Viv always makes sure everything is running smoothly. It's comforting to know they're not just being cared for—they're enjoying life. What I love most is the people. You can see that the staff genuinely cares about the residents and about one another. They work together like a family, and that kindness is felt throughout the entire community. I know there are so many wonderful employees whose names I don't know, and I wish I could thank every single one of them because each person plays a part in making this place so special. Every visit reminds me that we made the right choice. I leave knowing my parents are safe, respected, loved, and truly happy. As a daughter, there is no greater peace of mind than that. Choosing The Palace Gardens in Homestead for my in-laws has been one of the best decisions our family has ever made. Martha has been an incredible resource from the very beginning, always taking the time to answer questions and make sure our family feels informed. Indira and her outstanding nursing team, including Mickey and Tania, provide wonderful care and are always attentive. Maria and Elvira are so patient and compassionate with my in-laws, and Ricky keeps everything running smoothly in the laundry department. The activities keep everyone engaged and enjoying life. Alejandro and Jasper bring so much energy to the community, while Sol and Aracely make the coffee bar a favorite gathering spot for residents and families alike. The dining experience is another highlight. Daisy and Annie prepare delicious meals, and Viv is always making sure everything is just right. My in-laws constantly tell us how much they enjoy the food, and it's obvious they look forward to every meal. What impresses me most is the teamwork. Everyone works together with such professionalism and kindness, and you can tell they truly care about both the residents and each other. I know there are so many more wonderful employees whose names I haven't mentioned, and they all deserve recognition for creating such an incredible environment. Every time we visit, we leave feeling grateful and reassured. Knowing our loved ones are safe, happy, and surrounded by people who genuinely care gives our family tremendous peace of mind.
