Ms. Ann Richards and her staffs were wonderful. They welcomed and motivated him at his lowest point. The facility is impeccable and organized. It is clean and "homey". The residents are well care with entertainments, activities and delicious meals. I cannot speak highly enough of this facility. Thank you Ann Richards and all the staff members.
My father was in the memory care unit at Sunny Hills. During his stay I appreciated and was impressed with the facility. I have visited many ALFs and nursing homes. The majority were not as tightly run. There is usually the constant smell of cleaning solutions mixed with bathroom odors. But this was not so with Sunny Hills under the direction of Ms. Richards. I always felt assured that the staff cared for his safety and comfort.
My mother was a resident at Sunny Hills for 12 years and I want to let everyone know that she was taken care of with the very best care from the management to the nursing and kitchen staff. The entire staff genuinely cares for their residents and Sunny hills was her home in her senior years. The facility is very warm and welcoming with detail to special events throughout the year making the residents feel at home. Highly recommended for senior care in the Miami area.

My mother, Marie Aungst lived there for several years until she passed at 99! The staff was great, it’s beautiful, the care was terrific and the food was good! I ate what my mom left! lol! Highly recommend!
A trusted and caring place: We have had the privilege of having our mom as a resident at Sunny Hills. The genuine care, attention and quality of life opportunities they have provided her are truly amazing. The administration, Ann Richards RN, Manager, has always kept us alerted to any changes or concerns, has provided expert advice and resources and has always made herself available. I visited many ALF before placing my mother at Sunny Hills, the facility itself, is beautiful, the nursing and activity staff have made my mom feel welcome and cared about, motivating her to take meals with her assigned table mates, do chair yoga, enjoy happy hour, monthly outings. The maintenance staff has responded to all her extra requests, like hanging her curtains. 100% of the staff are friendly and seem very content with their work and go above snd beyond their roles.thank you from the botton of our hearts. If it were possible we would give many more Stars to Sunny Hills. Truly believe all of the wonderful posts you are reading. Activities, Delicious Food, New found Friends and so much more. My sister & I will be forever grateful to Anne Richards for her knowledge and guidance helping our Mother through this season of her life. Anne sets the pace for the warm and caring place. We are thankful to the remarkable warm and caring staff. This place is better than Home.
Sunny Hills ALF has been a blessing to our family, my father has been so happy since he moved to Sunny Hills. The staff has been so lovely to him, they take care of everything he needs. He loves the food! Ms. Richardson went the extra mile making the experience as smooth as it could be, totally recommend it. Thank you guys for the amazing work you do with our loved ones!
Perfect facility w/ an ideal location - just 5 mins from my workplace which makes it super convenient to visit dad during lunch breaks. Surrounded by beautiful gardens and walking paths. Close to medical facilities too which gives us peace of mind.
