As a Naples Realtor, I’ve worked with several buyers and sellers in Riviera Golf Estates over the years, and my clients consistently love the community, location, and affordability. It’s one of Naples’ hidden gems for active 55+ living. Residents enjoy a very social atmosphere with pickleball, tennis, community events, and a convenient location close to downtown Naples, beaches, shopping, and dining. The combination of low HOA fees and an active lifestyle makes this community stand out from many others in Naples.
There is no better community in Naples. The people are awesome, the facilities are top noch. And the HOA. Very agreeable, no Karen's, and the lowest fees of any HOA. If you have a chance to buy here, don't wait, properties move fast. If you do look on this neighborhood you'll find that the people around the place you're looking at, will greet you and genuinely hope you'll be their new neighbors

Beware-Discriminatory practices from part of the Board Member. Kimber was very discriminatory and didn't approve my partner and I to purchase a home that we really liked. A week before closing she didn't approve us using the excuse that we didn't fit under their criteria of a single home family after I was questioned very personal questions that made feel uncomfortable...You can be religious but you don't have to be a hater since we were all created equal...I'll let the Housing and urban Development handle this case...
I’m a homeowner at bayberry which is in Riveria golf estates and asked to pay to have a small 4 hour baby shower on a Saturday early evening in June (slow season) and was denied because “they don’t allow events in the clubhouse for non-residents.” Like really, I literally live in the community. Simply selfish and non-inclusive.
Hands down this is an amazing community with friendly neighbors and a really nice club house and a golfers dream!!! I’m so happy we bought here I love taking care of my home The sunsets are beautiful

It is a great community with lakes and a golf course in the middle. The people are very friendly and the real real estate prices are reasonable.
