Palomino Gardens Retirement Community

This is a wonderful place to live but unfortunately the management here is out of control. They are incredibly rude to the adult children who come to visit and help their parents. They are rude to residents and have no idea as to how to talk to seniors. Corporate should take note of what is going on and replace them with caring people who can treat the residents and their guests with respect as well as manage the residence in an efficient way. It can be done!

The managers at Palomino Gardens are rude, uncaring and petty. There have been many complaints against them to the corporate office and nothing is being done! People being locked out of the building. Dismissive of the residents issues. Totally unacceptable! Visitors are unwelcome by the way the management treat them. This is the residents home and they should feel comfortable having friends and family over!

I'm living in Palomino Gardens Retirement Resort. The grounds and the layout are top-notch. I'm very happy here in my apartment. They have great amenities. They have all sorts of activities. I like the exercise activities. They have a pool. I'm usually in the pool in the warmer weather. They have a lot of activities that I don't participate in such as card playing and other games like that. The staff is excellent. They're friendly, nice and very helpful. They serve three meals a day, breakfast, lunch, and dinner, and they're excellent. The chef takes notice of the residents' feedback. I've been here for a year. I've not gotten bored with what has been provided in those three meals. There's a varied menu. They have a great salad bar and fruit bar. They're very much on top of the game. It's a little more out of my normal expenditures, but I have less hassle and less stress. They meet my needs. I have my own washer and dryer in my apartment. What I like about it is that I can go to the dining room. It's almost like a cafeteria, but it's more upgraded than that. There's usually a choice of salmon, a sandwich, or a fish. There are fresh vegetables here. This hit all the points for me. I can select who I want to sit with and talk with.

The best all inclusive senior living. We researched a lot of places,and, We are so pleased we chose This one. Truly fine dining, great staff. Friendships are being established and that's always a great experience. Come experience it for yourself.
