Naples Health and Rehabilitation Center

This rehab/nursing home is the worst place. If you or your loved ones end up in this place please be aware that it’s a disgusting, dirty, smells like mold, poop and sewage everyday. Some of the staff is helpful but others are not. This place loves keeping their patients medicated so they have no voice to complain about anything. Please do yourself a favor and don’t ever send anyone that you love to this place. The state should investigate and shut this place down for good. We had a family member that was admitted here and instead of seeing improvement on their health the family member majorly declined. The therapist are okay but they are over worked, under staffed and work with limited equipment to help patients improve on their skills and overall health. This place feels more like a hospice than a rehab, all they are looking for is collecting money from Medicare/Medicaid. I can not image anyone giving this place a 5 star review because it’s far from that. I’ve spent enough hours inside this facility to know that the patients are all heavily medicated, staff like CNA’s are overwhelmed and over worked and management couldn’t give a damn about your complaints. No matter what you state they brush it off and don’t do anything about. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS FACILITY TO ANYONE.

If I could give zero stars to Naples Health and Rehabilitation Center, I would. This place is an absolute disaster. The “General Manager” position seems to be a revolving door, so there is never any accountability for anything. Problems never get fixed because leadership constantly changes and nobody takes responsibility. Walking through the halls is heartbreaking. Residents scream for help while staff appear overwhelmed, miserable, and completely defeated. The atmosphere feels depressing and neglected. The smell of dirty diapers and urine hits you the second you walk in the building. The facility itself is falling apart and honestly feels like it should be condemned. There was even a fire caused by a heater because maintenance is practically nonexistent, and the fire department had to respond. That alone should tell you everything you need to know about the condition of this place. Trying to contact anyone there is almost impossible. For TWO YEARS the excuse has been that “the phone lines are being upgraded.” Nobody answers. Nobody calls back. You’d have a better chance of winning the lottery than getting communication from this facility. Families trust nursing homes to care for the people they love. This place feels like the exact opposite of care. It feels neglected, chaotic, and hopeless. Do yourself and your loved ones a favor and look elsewhere.

This facility is the skid row of rehab centers and nursing homes. The place reeked with despair combined with the greed of owners who won’t spend a dime to offer a nice atmosphere for the elderly. Run down building with second hand furniture. Dirty looking. Staff that couldn’t care less. My relative was here only 4 days and I was mortified that this place even exists. I pity anyone that is stuck here. Later, my relative received a bill for ”behavioral health evaluations” which were not needed but done for them to make extra $$$. I was told that ”everyone gets one.” Steer clear.

My grandfather was just admitted at this facility I have nothing but positive things to say about the care he has received. From the admission process ( meeting with Jacob & Tranesia) to the care received upon discharging. The nurses on the Rehab side Severa & Melissa took EXCELLENT care.

Would not recommend.
