Naples Estates is a very beautiful place. I love to visit here. There is always something to do with all the amenities, and not to mention all the parties and events that are provided regularly. Jeremiah is amazing, always pleasant, kind, easy to talk to and always a listening ear. Jose, Vanessa and the rest of the staff always so bubbly and personable. Thank you for all your hard work.
The community is terrific. One, if not the best 55 + we found in Naples. Howard the agent on site, could not be any nicer and informative. The other office staff Kathleen is the sweetest and most pleasant person to speak to you. Buying a home can be somewhat daunting but these two made our search so much easier… Our new activities director, Jasmine, is such a terrific plus to our community, welcome aboard.

UPDATE 04/23/2026: My hubby and I are grateful we found the Naples Estates community. We have developed solid friendships with so many. The amenities and organized functions provide great places to get together and hang out. I truly enjoy living in Naples Estates, the majority of the neighbors are good people and the Activities Director, Mayling, is absolutely FANTASTIC. The events Mayling plans are well thought out and elaborate. She has a bubbly personality and is kind. Unfortunately, Cal-Am is a big business not interested in their lot renters. We have only been here three years and love our home but if Cal-Am doesn’t address the communities concerns, we will need to rethink where we call home. Cal-Am: 1. Continues to raise lot rent in excess of $1200 per year every year. Some people’s rent went up 2400! Average lot rent is $1300/month. 2. Rent does NOT cover trash, water, sewer, lawn maintenance, or internet. 2. The water usage charge is ridiculous! People are having issues with their bills ($100-$2000) every month and Cal-Am has not been helpful. 3. We are required to water our lawn to maintain appearance but must pay for it. 4. Owners are required to fix items within 30 days but many mailbox lights and street lights have been broken for over a year. Please be diligent in talking to the community before purchasing a home in Naples Estates.
The sales staff hosted a nice open house with refreshments. It is a lovely community with great amenities, and parties with food and drinks included! Huge pool with swim aerobics and cards in our card room, huge ballroom with stage!
