My husband and I have lived at Moorings Park Grande Lake for 5 years. It is the best decision we could have made in choosing a CCRC. The accommodations are spacious and beautifully designed with golf course and lake views. The cuisine is excellent with a variety of dining/restaurant choices. The staff are well trained and professional. The activities and programs are engaging and the Fitness Center, staffed with highly qualified exercise specialists and home to the best equipment, enables one to maximize health span. Health care is right on campus with full-time Concierge physicians. If you are considering a move to a CCRC/retirement community, you must visit MPGL. It is luxury retirement living at its finest. This is the top-shelf CCRC both in SWFL and the US. Our "condo " living facility is everything we were looking for in a Naples retirement community. Fantastic views overlooking CAVU golf club and excellent staff focused on our needs. Well-equipped fitness facility and excellent wellness programs. A resident population, accomplished and varied in backgrounds provides a strong social network and a source of new relationships. For us, this is the right choice and the best place for our next chapter..
This place is a terrible place. Good for rich people that hate birds. They hired a bird hunter with a Hawk. Because there were too many birds on the property

The visuals and thoughtful layout of this community is amazing. By far one of the nicest new developments in the country. Wonderful! Must see.
If you can physically and financially qualify to join here in your later days, like 77+, why wouldn't you go? This is your last move, and the quality of living is better than the Ritz. New buildings are nearly sold out. Resales will be limited, but there's a waitlist of 2 years. As the director stated recently, it's better to be 5 years too early than 5 minutes too late. The referral program for realtors is little, so my recommendation has weight and is sincere. If you can, do it!
Beautiful senior independent living
A partnership between Moorings Park Communities and London Bay Homes, this community sets a new standard for retirement living. In fact, it's so thoughtfully designed that it is the UN-retirement community. Sexy residences and amenities, along with thoughtful services create the perfect country club lifestyle. Each residence has beautiful water and golf course views, along with some of the area's largest lanais.
Moorings Park is an outstanding place to both work and live! As an employee, I have the privilege of serving and getting to know amazing residents who are committed to their well-being and have shared their wisdom and life experiences with me. The care team here is dedicated to providing exceptional services, ensuring that residents are well cared for as they age.
