HearthStone at Nona Lakes

Connections by Ciel is the community’s memory care program for people with Alzheimer’s disease and other forms of dementia. Its listed services include personalized wellness programs, daily wellness checks, care coordination and health monitoring, with a team on site around the clock. The community describes its memory care team as dementia-care certified and identifies an on-site Memory Care Coordinator as an additional source of guidance.
