It has taken a long time for me to write this review. My husband entered memory care (Spring Cottage) at this facility in July. It was a difficult transition for both my husband and my family. The staff was most supportive during this time. My husband was quite difficult. He has settled in since then and I cannot say enough good things about Spring Hills. They try to keep the memory care patients occupied. Residents are clean and well cared for. Facility is clean and also smells clean. I am comfortable with my husband being here knowing he is safe and well cared for. My husband has had…

It has taken a long time for me to write this review. My husband entered memory care (Spring Cottage) at this facility in July. It was a difficult transition for both my husband and my family. The staff was most supportive during this time. My husband was quite difficult. He has settled in since then and I cannot say enough good things about Spring Hills. They try to keep the memory care patients occupied. Residents are clean and well cared for. Facility is clean and also smells clean. I am comfortable with my husband being here knowing he is safe and well cared for. My husband has had several former colleagues visit him and all have been impressed with Spring Hills. I am not familiar with the assisted living side but they always seem to have fun and residents appear happy and comfortable.
A very pleasant atmosphere and welcoming environment. The staff is very accommodating and friendly, and appear to be very attentive to the residents' needs.

Great staff and very friendly people.
This is a wonderful, warm, caring facility for residents. They offer a lot of activities on a regular basis and the staff are all so nice and accommodating. I would absolutely recommend Spring Hills to anyone that may need an assisted living option. The entertainment they bring in are fabulous and extremely talented, making the residents thoroughly enjoy the experience.
I am a vendor in a lot of these types of facilities all over central Florida, the staff here at Spring Hill Hunters creek is upbeat, smiling and friendly. This is so important for our love ones to get the respect and love they deserve later in life. I know this business and observe a lot, I highly recommend this facility because the staff is great and that is so important.
I've performed music at Spring Hills Hunter's Creek many times. I'm always impressed at the fun events they have and the number of events and amount of music. There is lots for residents to do and have a good time. The events coordinator, Emily, is outstanding. I perform at many places and you don't always find all these great events. The residents really seem to love the Emily and the events staff.
My performing name is Tina Stefanos and I have been blessed to share music at this wonderful community for a few years now in both the Memory Care Cottage as well as the Assisted Living side of the house - it never gets old! The staff, especially Emily, are wonderful with the residents who are warm, loving and obviously well cared for. They love live music, they love rolling on the river with me and especially this week on the Assisted Living side, we had a blast singing Three Little Birds (Bob Marley). In fact, I was asked to do it as an encore and even though I cut into Bingo a bit, the residents, staff and even the Bingo gal, were happy to participate. Emily is a pleasure to work with and I'm very Blessed to be included in her talent line-up.
