6:45 a.m. January 28th I was advised as a delivery driver we are not permitted in until 7:00 and this was my first and final warning. The gentleman at the front gate was far from a gentleman and could use some critique pertaining to interpersonal skills. I find it hard to believe that a community is turning away their residents groceries, hygiene items, and medications because you don't feel like hitting the button for a gate prior to 7:00 a.m. Furthermore in the event the security was such an issue they never bothered to check who I was where I was coming from or my destination for that matter. At the very least this is discouraging for those of us who are doing this for a living and trying to provide it service. Matters of this nature not only hinder our income but discourage us from providing these services to your community. I made an attempt to call the community but was directed immediately to put in a visitor's ID code lacking any option to speak with an individual or leave a message. Admittedly I've never been through during this time frame and also everyone at the front gate in my prior experience has been very helpful and courteous. Noting that, this is the first time I've encountered this individual at the front gate and from my perspective at the moment hopefully the last.

My wife and I recently moved into the community and absolutely love it. The amenities are great, and the community center is beautifully maintained — especially during the holidays. Linda at the community center made getting set up with the HOA quick and easy, and our neighbors have been very friendly and welcoming. The front gate staff were also helpful and made pass setup simple. For everything that’s offered, the HOA fees are very reasonable. You own your land, and rentals are allowed for those 55+ with HOA approval. Don’t let negative delivery-related reviews discourage you — our experience has been excellent. We’re happy to be here for many years to come. The Communications Assistant John Copeland who gave us our HOA orientation and amenities pass was so kind and professional! Bought a house here 7/6/23. This is a 55+ you own your land, stick built and block houses resort! 3250 homes w 6300 residents (some snowbirds) 3 Multiple golf courses, 3 heated pools (1 indoor lap pool remodeled 2025), softball field, bocci, 🐕 Park, Bingo, pickleball, giant remodeled in 2025 fitness center, 1/2 mile nature trail, great restaurant and golf ⛳️ store, gigantic hall, vacation trips, plays, car shows, craft shows, pets allowed, food trucks, concerts, full catering kitchen, $7 Tuesday night meals, 43 miles of road in our community, PRISTINE homes, tons of clubs! This is a RESORT! Super low HOA $211 on regular homes. Villas now $367/ includes irrigation water & lawn/shrub care. 5 miles 2 the Villages but nicer people here! I'm home!
