From the moment our family member moved into American House Naples, Sharon Grund, Director of Wellness, and her incredible collaborative team of wellness staff, doctors, and caregivers have gone above and beyond in every way possible. I signed a contract for a one month stay for recovery for a broken femur. I paid for one month stay and said that I would be returning to my home in Arlington Va where I live. Today, I walked into the Reservation Management Office and said that I would be leaving in less than a month and taking a plane back to Arlington Va. The Reservation Manager said that I would be charged for 2 months because I did not verbally tell them I planned to leave. That is not true at all. I told them on day one that I would only stay a month. Now they say I owe for two months. That is outrageous! I called my…

Every person I interacted with at Amira Choice treated me with such respect and kindness. Their facility is absolutely beautiful and clean. My dad was not there long, but I won’t forget Amira Choice’s compassion.
Amira Choice is a good fit for my Mom. The nurses and aides are very competent, attentative and kind. The staff are friendly.
I have requested my father be dressed appropriately in pants many times, yet find he is dressed in shorts. Inconsistent, lack of communication among staff, have yet to hire a memory care director.
Jessica was so helpful and a pleasure to work with.
Jessica is so professional and amazing I highly recommend her.
