2.3 · 4 reviewsI am in NJ and my aunt is in Above the rest assisted living in Palm Bay Florida. I have made several attempts to contact them in order to contact her over a 5 day period to no avail. By way of my cousins phone call she is currently doing very badly and my last time to speak to her is probably today. She is dying. I am so distraught!!! The answer I get from the resident contacting number is an automated system says the mailbox is not currently set up so no messages can be left to get someone to help me speak with her. The staff and information line brought me to a secondary number to call but…

I am in NJ and my aunt is in Above the rest assisted living in Palm Bay Florida. I have made several attempts to contact them in order to contact her over a 5 day period to no avail. By way of my cousins phone call she is currently doing very badly and my last time to speak to her is probably today. She is dying. I am so distraught!!! The answer I get from the resident contacting number is an automated system says the mailbox is not currently set up so no messages can be left to get someone to help me speak with her. The staff and information line brought me to a secondary number to call but they had the same number I dialed before. It is outrageous to me that they fail in just providing a reliable number in proper service just to be able to speak to our loved ones!!! Makes me seriously wonder if the are also inept in their ability to care properly for our loved ones. So seriously disappointed and disgusted and extremely dis heartened right now.
