There Are NOT Enough POSITIVE Adjectives To Describe Just How WONDERFUL Alicia Artz IS!!! I Never Could Have Imagined My “Significant Other” Would Reach A Point-(After A Stroke 2 Years Ago, Alzheimer’s Diagnosis Last Year, & SEVERE Dementia NOW!) Where He Didn’t Remember Things I’d JUST Told Him & That His Agitation & Belligerence Would Reach Levels I Had No Idea How To Deal With… I KNEW “This” Was BEYOND My Ability To Care For Him…I NEEDED HELP! Where He Didn’t Remember Things I’d JUST Told Him & That His Agitation & Belligerence Would Reach Levels I Had No Idea How To Deal With… I KNEW “This” Was BEYOND My Ability To Care For Him…I NEEDED HELP! I Went To ALL Of The Doctors We’d Recently Seen & NONE Of Them Helped Me… They ALL “Nodded” As If They Understood Then Offered NOTHING! I Felt SO Abandoned & Alone…FINALLY I Made An Appointment With Our “Family Doctor” & Explained How Quickly This “Decline” Was Progressing…He Patiently Listened Then Left The Room & Came Back With A “W.I.S.E. Brochure”…Honestly I Thought He Was “Brushing Me Off” & Cried On The Way To My Vehicle… In Desperation I Dialed The Number Anyway…I Left A Message, Thinking “They’re Never Going To Call Me Back”…Alicia Returned My Call In LESS THAN A Half An Hour…She Was SO Comforting & Reassuring, ALMOST Instantly I Felt “Relief”… She Guided Me EVERY Step Of The Way…She ALWAYS Got Back To Me Promptly & NEVER “Abandoned” Me EVERYONE I Spoke To-(That ALREADY KNEW Alicia ALWAYS Responded The SAME WAY! She IS WELL RESPECTED & LIKED By Her GENUINE Kindness & Caring & KNOWLEDGE For Senior Care!) I NEVER Could Have Done This Without Her!!! She Had Connections With A TERRIFIC Moving Company-(After Having Been “Rejected” By A VERY Poorly Run Home“Brookdale”) Alicia Was RIGHT There To HELP Me Get Into A VERY BEAUTIFUL, CLEAN SECURE, FANTASTIC Facility…IMMEDIATELY!!!-(Inspired Living At Hidden Lakes)…What I’m Trying To Say IS; I NEVER COULD HAVE Done This Without Alicia’s Help…She IS SUCH A DEDICATED, SWEET, KNOWLEDGEABLE, KIND, CARING, UNDERSTANDING Young Woman I Am BEYOND GRATEFUL FOR Her!!! Toni McKinsey, is my “go to” for support, when it comes to making Informed decisions, re my 93 year-old mother, Marilyn. Toni’s compassion, experience & knowledge are invaluable. It’s very reassuring, when Hospital and Rehab professionals recommend Toni so highly. In 2024, Toni helped find the perfect assisted-living facility. May, 2026, after mom spent a week in the hospital, Toni came immediately to assist with Hospital Discharge, then to the ALF to coordinate the rehab care, my mom would need. It's never an easy thing to do when it's time to place a parent. Let me say Toni was amazing and the services provided by these ladies are remarkable. She listened to the needs, provided valuable input based on what is currently happening and future needs. They also assisted in providing a list of recommended places to go. This alone takes a huge weight off of your shoulders. I 1000% recommend. One thing I truly and whole heartedly admire is the family aspect they provide. Not only do they come with you if requested, but they follow-up once your loved one is placed into a respective facility. It's not just a business they truly care about you and your loved ones.
Susannah is a knowledgeable caring advocate. She goes out of her way to help with the best choices and options. She takes the stress away and guides you in the right direction.

Great experience w/ Alicia! When the time comes that you or someone you love needs help navigating exactly what is needed, it can be overwhelming. I know it was for me. She was a beacon of hope & help! She is also an advocate for you, when interacting with the different agencies that offer services. Highly recommend!
