I honestly don’t know where to begin. After searching multiple facilities, we chose this one believing it would be the place where my husband could truly recover and return to his normal self. Unfortunately, our experience has been nothing but disappointing, and it has left him with even more concerns, including additional injuries. The level of care provided has been unacceptable. One staff member in particular, Irma, neglected my husband during times when he needed assistance the most. Due to his inability to walk, he depends entirely on staff, yet he was often left waiting long periods to be showered or changed. The quality of food was also concerning. Meals were frequently served cold and appeared unappetizing, making it difficult for him to maintain proper nutrition. My husband raised multiple concerns with management, especially regarding the overnight staff, but nothing was ever addressed. His complaints were consistently brushed aside, and no meaningful changes were made. This facility is in serious need of corporate intervention. If they truly care about patient well-being, there must be accountability and significant staff changes. My heart goes out to the current patients and their families, as no one deserves to experience this level of neglect. Something needs to be done—either immediate improvements must be made, or patients should be transferred to facilities that can properly care for them.

I was particularly impressed with my CNA Janie. She was top shelf. Always there when I needed her. Matt, the rehab manager, was always on top of things and knew what was happening. The service was outstanding.

Visiting a relative one afternoon and she was having complications with iv looking thing and dont know how or why but she wa complaining and the nurse on duty was leaving or switching shifts so as we waited Mrs. Sara stopped what she was doing on her way out and came back assessed the situation and did her nursing magic and she is the epitome of what health care is all about and she did it with care, class,and a heart! I truly thank her because the matter couldve been worst had gone unnoticed, Blessings

I have lived here for 2 1/2 years…..it is only two miles from my home, so it’s easy for my husband to visit me. 🥰 When I first came here, the therapy department wasn’t great, but with a new director of therapy (Matt) and a new team of therapists ( Nicki, Frank, Peter, Kenny, Katie, Marisol, Carisa, Lucy, and some I’ve forgotten, I’m sure. Sorry, I’m old!) has changed that. They are compassionate and professional. I’m sure that this is the best place for all your therapy needs. 😁 Everybody's favorite maintanance guy, Rueban, stops by every morning to say hi. And maybe tell us a story…..🤔 Yessenia runs the kitchen. My husband likes the food so much, he comes every day for lunch! 🤫 As for the "grownups" that run this place, Sarah has to be my favorite. We can hear her laugh all through the halls. She is very sweet and caring. 😍 The nurses are very kind and helpful. Gilbert and Erica, Selena and so many others that we are grateful for every day. 😷 Now, the CNAs….. there are too many to mention, I would surely forget some and I’d be in big trouble. Just kidding! They work super-hard and put up with a lot of stuff that most people wouldn’t. I am very appreciative for all of their help. 🤗 There are others, of course….Sydney and Margaret, Gena and Pat, Heather and Annette. But enough! If you need care, y'all can come here. 🥳

My mom was placed there for rehab, Sarah M. Is making the process much easier to deal with the grief. The nurses seem to be attentive to her needs and making her feel loved and at home!
