My family had a loved one reside at this facility and while our experience with the day-to-day care was not the reason for this review, our experience with management after his death was extremely disappointing. The facility had been paid in advance for the month. After our family member passed away, there was an unused portion of that payment that should have been refunded. We made multiple attempts to resolve the matter with the facility and management, but received little meaningful communication about when the refund would be issued. I understand that administrative matters can sometimes take time, particularly after the death of a resident. But families dealing with the loss of a loved one should not also have to repeatedly pursue money that is owed to them or struggle to get a clear response from management.

Villas of Hollybrook is an amazing community whether you're looking for independent, assisted, or memory care. Immediately when you walk in you will feel right at home. The community layout is beautiful and elegant. The staff are present and friendly. The executive director is responsive and available. The Sales Director is thorough and compassionate. You will know you made the right choice from the first encounter throughout.
Absolutely beautiful community. We were impressed, especially with MC and reasonable pricing. Their Sales Director, Mike is an absolute joy to work with. Great job!
This is a wonderful assisted living facility with the memory care option. It is a home away from home atmosphere and the facility is very clean. I toured this yesterday with a friend and I had a friend living there for a couple of years so I know that this is a very well-run facility. Family owned and caring staff
The facility is one and a half years old, very clean, management communication have been very good, the staff has treated my mom very good, the meals are all good quality. The negative would be the same as all these facility's is turnover of management and staff, however I haven't seen a drop in service or attention.
