They very informally and unprofessionally told my grooming clients that I wasn't allowed back on the property to do my clients pets for them because they mistakenly thought they seen me sleeping in my car when really my car overheated in their parking lot when leaving and my husband went to get water to put in the engine and cool it off and I was looking down doing stuff on my phone. Very rude and nasty staff and an uncalled for outcome to a situation that didn't even happen. My client had to tell me over the phone about it after our last appointment together, in which they uninvitedly barged in her room and awkwardly lingered around her apartment the entire time I groomed her dog, as if to be rushing us to get done and get out of the door and then followed us on the way out, even questioning us when we were rinsing our arms off around the back corner at the spicket. It was the most rude and ridiculous experience I had ever dealt with under false pretenses and false claims. I feel you should actually confront and address someone in person about something you think they did before doing and treating us the way they did with no knowledge of what the hell was even going on, now my poor client is having the hardest time finding someone to groom her poor dog for her 😔 😞 she doesnt deserve this, neither do we. I have multiple clients there too. I'm totally outraged about it. She's the sweetest little old lady too..
