Vi at Aventura

I've lived in Miami for 7 years and I've never encountered a more ignorant security service. I am a laureate of international competitions for outstanding sopranos. I perform at the best concert venues in the world. No one has ever insulted me, as your Security is at the entrance. And when I made a complaint to the male administrator, he behaved even more rudely. Perhaps he is related to Security and is simply covering for them. Also, your security team does not have name tags and they refused to give their names. This is an extremely aggressive and unfriendly security service. Please explain to me why such aggressive people work in your security service? And then, the following day, I received a call from an unknown number—on behalf of the administration—informing me that I was no longer permitted to enter the building. Could you please explain why security is engaging in such unpleasant behavior? Please explain to me why your security service uses visitors' data?

I recently attended an event at The Vi at Aventura and was very impressed. The facility is beautiful and exceptionally well maintained. Everyone I encountered was friendly and welcoming, and it was clear that the residents are genuinely happy and well cared for. If I were looking for a community for my mother, this would definitely be a place I would consider. Highly recommend!

I toured Vi at Aventura while looking for a place and was very impressed. The apartments are beautiful with amazing views of the golf course, ocean, and Aventura skyline. The lunch was great, and the whole community felt warm and welcoming. Noa and Ryan were fantastic they took their time answering all my questions and made the tour really enjoyable. The A-rated care center also gave our family great peace of mind. I would highly recommend Vi at Aventura to anyone considering Independ senior living.
