Quiero felicitateal Al personal del 4piso por su profecionalismo y actuation rapida ,fui el pasado jueves a visitor un familiar y pure ver un Accidente una senora se cayo Frente el elevador imediatamente le brindaron los primers auxilios y detubieron el sangramiento como si fuera un disaster natural 5 mujeres del personal la translation poco a poco a su habitation a penas no podian con see peso pero poco a poco muy despacio llegaron à la puerta de la habitation cuando finalmente aparecieron dos hombres que se ocuparon de ponerla en su cama ,que bonito proceder por parte de ese personal ,estoy muy tranquility por mi familiar y si para superar debeben mejorar la comida k es muy repetitiva y casi Italians por lo k he podido observation. Felicitaciones nuevamente.

The experience has been pleasant so far

I visited my aunt today and she was happy with the service she is receiving, the facility was very clean and not foolish smell, she told me that the breakfast was abundant and good, she has only been there for a day, I’ll follow up on the attention she receive. So far looks good and can be recommended. I got parking spot inside the facility. If things continue as of today I’ll change my stars to five

My family member was admitted and I have all the respect for the facility and it's staff. They are professional and kind. Thank you UM you makes families complete with love THANK YOU

Do not fall for the good reviews, they pressure you onto leaving them. This place is disgusting the moment our grandmother got admitted she started de pleating , they would leave the food next to her and never end up feeding her even when they knew she could barely move etc. The nurses here lack compassion and respect. After we dealt with our grandmothers passing they had kept her stuff for a few weeks and i came to pick them up and they did not give me her ipad because the social worker had it locked in his office and he was not there that day. The social worker called us and explained that we should take our time to grieve and to not worry about the ipads safety. A month or two later we go to pick it up and it turns out the ipad was “lost”. Nope STOLEN from a grieving family. That ipad held lots of memories now gone thanks a lot to your very honest staff. We won’t let this go.
