Although our stay is short, I can say that the Facility is clean, staff are welcoming and accommodating. Kudos to Rod the Administrator, Julie and Yari from admission . Also special mention to the weekend staff -Jordan, Trachelle, Aline and Momma Marie. Also thank you to Ms. Lee SW and the DON, Angela for understanding and for the help.

Recently had a resident here for rehab. We are local so tend to refer residents here. Just want to show appreciation for this time around. Our resident returned so much stronger than before. He is ambulating better than he probably ever has since moving in with us. Very pleased with the staff. Thank you!!!

My father spent more than two months in rehab here. The staff is absolutely wonderful. Caring for elderly people who can't do much for themselves creates a challenging work environment, and everyone (nurses, CNAs, maintenance, physical therapists, other staff) treats each patient respect and dignity. The facility is attractive, clean, secure, and well-maintained. My father said the food was good, and they have plenty of activities for the residents. I visited my father daily and rarely noticed any odors (and when I did, I could also see someone cleaning up). My father had a couple of falls (they aren't allowed to put bedrails up and he would try to get out of bed without assistance), and I was notified promptly. My father had several setbacks but the PT staff was finally able to get him strong enough to move to an ALF. Over the years, my husband and I have known people who went here for rehab, so when my father needed rehab, we were delighted that they had a bed available. We wouldn't hesitate to have him go back if he needs it, and we highly recommend this facility for rehab and skilled nursing.

If I could give negative stars, I would. There are no words for the amount of disrespect the Admissions Department has for the process or for families who do not understand the process. Yari should probably consider a different line of work because she is dismissive, rude and overall not helpful in any form of the word. My mother was in an auto accident and needed several weeks of rehab. We were referred to this facility by the hospital. The hospital attempted several times to provide the necessary information for her to be transferred. From the beginning, it was chaos. The admissions paperwork needed to be sent multiple times, only to be told she was denied without reason. I had to repeatedly call for an update only to have not one message returned. When I did finally get her on the phone she rudely stated, "I said I'll call you by the end of the day". Let me add, she never once asked my name or the name of the patient. (I guess she's psychic). As expected, she never called. My fault for not asking which day she was referring to in her response. When another family member called for an update, Yari would not provide any information other than she was "denied". Ok, fine, but why? Yari, all you did was add more stress to an already difficult situation. We were provided a bogus response without validity. We are not asking for a secret recipe, we are asking why your facility denied care. Ma'am, this is your job; the one YOU CHOSE. A little compassion and courtesy would go a long way in your line of work. I am not sure why you are so mean to individuals who are already going through a tough situation. With all due respect, please do not respond to this review with a boilerplate "We're very sorry for your negative experience..." response you give to all of your negative reviews. Maybe try to empathize with individuals rather than copy and paste. It makes an already bad situation worse. Just DO BETTER!
