Tranquility Bay Homes

We are so lucky to find this home for my father. It's incredible. I wish more assistive living homes were like this. It truly feels like a family. The residents are well cared for and happy. The food is amazing. Sophie, Aaron, and the whole team care for my father which such love and dignity. This should be a model for the rest of the world how someone can age gracefully with the right support.

Andrew at tiki bar Both days rude, today kept reminding us there was a shift change coming so he could get the tip. I thought the priority was service and our comfort not if he would get tip or next guy. Then he got upset I didn’t want to charge to room that I wanted to pay for it. Seemed weird but got upset. Don’t do pool service if you want top notch service .

Aaron and Sophia have created a haven for the elderly. I wish my step-mother could stay with them (she, unfortunately, needs a full skilled nursing facility). Their facility feels like a real home, not a nursing home. They care so much about the people they take care of. They went above and beyond to meet my step-mother (who lives 4 hours away) to see if she qualified to stay with them. Then, when it didn’t align, they continued to check in with me to see how she was doing!
