Centrally located in downtown Jacksonville providing reasonably good accommodations to meet most of the needs of the senior residences living there; Although it seems that RHF could have a little better inside awareness of the goings on in TOJ from various sources, at least on a monthly basis. Miscommunication can be a recipe for disaster. So we can pray that RHF can uphold the founding Christian principles that the organization was founded upon. Generally speaking I could say it was an overall good experience. Centrally located in downtown Jacksonville providing reasonably good accommodations to meet most of the needs of the senior residences living there; Although it seems that RHF could have a little better inside awareness of the goings on in TOJ from various sources, at least on a monthly basis. Miscommunication can be a recipe for disaster. So we can pray that RHF can uphold the founding Christian principles that the organization was founded upon. RHF was founded in 1961 by two United Church of Christ clergy and a layman with a vision of providing quality housing and services for seniors; not to harm or abandoned but to be a blessing to those deservent senior citizens to whom qualify for the verios housing subsidy programs and do maintain a sence of trust and honor for the facilities and the lease agreement. Which the union is based upon. My pray is that RHF ànd the Towers of Jacksonville will continue to grow and improve on its primary mission statement of provide care and adorable housing for elderly in there golden years.

So excited, about being, here.I applied in 2019,for a subsidy,apartment. The riverview,on the 8th floor, is awesome. Pure beauty, to look out@ the river.Lots of wonderful, friendly people. Plenty of activities, to keep busy.I really enjoy the quietness,when iam in the apartment.

The Towers of Jacksonville has a Friendly Family atmosphere. There are lots of activities Game Day, Bingo,Trivia and my favorite Wii Bowling. The Resident Association has monthly events for example A Sunset River Cruise, A trip to the Catty Shack. The Towers of Jacksonville provides transportation to local shopping daily. Beautiful Views of the St Johns River. A Great place for Seniors.
I have had good experiences in general. I have come in to contact with some questionable individuals who no longer live here. If people cause problems they are removed which is great. In my opinion it is a wonderful place to live. There are a lot of activities or you can stay at home and be by yourself. It’s your choice

Management is doing their best fixing one issue at a time.They are doing an awesome Job . Getting ready for the Holidays, so come visit and , enjoy the View & experience the great job & change management brought with them , as well as the Staff... Great job, Thanks
I love living at the Towers. Seven years now. Our new manager is great along with her excellent staff. The manager has improved this place in the short time she's been here. There are a lot of wonderful people that live at the towers and lots of activities. It's a lot of work keeping up a building of this size. Management and staff is doing a great job.
