The Residences of United Home Care

My parents have been living at this facility for six months now. Words cannot express how wonderful this place is. From the administration to the nurses, CNA's, maintenance, and custodial services, all are five-star quality. The cleanliness of the facility and the quality of the food are unparalleled. I did a lot of research before placing my beloved parents in an ALF and I can honestly say, that the Residences has exceeded my expectations. My parents are well cared for and comforted by the amazing staff of the Residences at Miami whose patience and compassion are admirable.

Our experience with the Residences at Miami has been nothing short of incredible. When our mother first moved in about a year ago, she was in the early stages of dementia, and we were naturally concerned about how she would adjust. However, we have been absolutely thrilled with the care and environment she has found here. My siblings and I often drop in unannounced for visits or to accompany her to doctor's appointments, and every time we arrive, we're met with a warm, positive, and happy ambiance. The staff are attentive and kind, and it’s clear they genuinely care about the well-being of the residents. Since moving in, our mother has truly flourished. Not only has she gained weight, but she has also become more social and noticeably happier. Her quality of life has improved tremendously, and seeing her thrive brings us immense comfort. We can't thank the team at The Residences enough for the peace of mind they’ve given us. Knowing our mother is in such a nurturing and supportive environment means the world to us. We highly recommend this facility to anyone seeking compassionate, professional care for their loved ones.

This place deserves the highest possible rating. My parents recently moved in. The Administration is amazing and allways willing to help. The staff is very hard working, kind, compassionate and knowldegeable. The services they provide are above and beyond. The place is extremely clean and well maintained. The dining room offers great quality food choices and service. In addition, the activities and enterainment are superb. What more can anyone expect for their elderly parents. I feel behond blessed to have my parents living at the Residences at Miami, their new home.

Previous employee, please do not trust them. All those positive reviews, well those poor son/daughters/family members have been fooled because they’re just that good at it, sadly! Plus 4.1 stars…where did the real negative reviews go??! There is neglect and lies happening constantly. They give false information to make up for their negligence. The HHA’s/CNA’s there are rude to the residents. The administration is imcompetent, residents always getting lost and some of the charge nurses DONT even speak english!!! How can that be?! The “nurse” would ask me for help communicating with the residents when they tried complaining …Please, do not seek their services if you care for your beloved family member. This is to inform the community. Believe me. The whole place needs to be seriously investigated. Their turn over rate is suspiciously high as well. Only the “favored” are the ones staying because they are the same kind of evil people who cover up for one another.

We have been looking for a place that Actually has activities for someone active with Alzeimers, my Mom. This place has excellent organization, cleanliness, attention, and lots for them to do. Security appear to be excellent 24/7. They get to sit outside by a gated safe lake and be with their friends. There is also a phone next to their bed so family can call in. We have tried other things and looked everywhere. I look forward to seeing my Mom’s face light up as she is well cared for. It has been months since my Mom has been here. My mom was super skinny and nervous all the time. Now, she has gained weight, gets her hair and nails done, is so calm and has lots of friends. Love this place!
