I do not recommend this pain specialist I had an appointment, they told me to come in 1 hour earlier, I did I explained to them I'm in pain , after 2 hours and had a face to face with rhe doctor He asked me if I smoke cigarettes I told him yes doctor I'm trying to give up the habit , after a little small talk he tells me I'm not giving you any pain medicine, I told him I been in pain for hours ! I need some help I just walked out I do not recommend this place

Kudos to the "new patient" intake scheduler Kaycee Stewart who spent almost an hour coordinating a visit for Dr. Von Tobel to see my elderly aunt. Kaycee was such a delight to speak with. As a retired RN myself, I appreciate all the details she had to coordinate since I need to come from out of town to accompany my aunt. I would give her 6 stars if available. Thanks, Kaycee

I have nothing but good and great response, to say to everyone,that my pain and management Doctor Von Tobel here in Jacksonville Florida at Orange Park, 3305 Hendricks Ave, the staff and everyone are outstanding, the young lady by the name of Buranda was so patient outstanding and understanding, to me the neck injection that I have received for the very first time, it was so worth it, it's called Cervical Facet Injection, sincerely Miss Lynn Witherspoon
