Don't send your loved ones here for rehabilitation unless you want them to live there forever. Those are the tactics used by the administration. Business practices at Elon Manor are deeply concerning. They repeatedly fail to submit required documentation to insurance, causing medically necessary skilled therapy to be denied for months. Despite clear physician orders, they downgrade care to minimal restorative therapy and then bill families directly even when Medicaid should cover services despite sending wrong claims to insurance. Communication is consistently delayed or nonexistent, forcing families to chase them for basic updates and still none given. The facility appears more interested in stalling and prolonging residency than helping residents recover and return home. This pattern of administrative failures and poor accountability is unacceptable.

My mom was transferred here from the hospital and within one hour my mom revoked consent for treatment and asked to be discharged immediately. This place did not meet our expectations of care and I suggest highly you do not use this facility.

I am so thrilled with how they care for my sister at this home. The social worker Regina is the best ever..she treats everyone like they belong to her... she is so sweet and you just don't find that kind of care everywhere!.. my sister Lois loves her so much! She has helped me so many times since I had not had experience with this before. I call her sweet Regina. She works so many hours and never complains. The staff is wonderful... Very caring! It is such a relief to know Lois is in such good hands.
