The Elite Manor

My husband's Mom was at Elite Manor for approximately 5 years. It was a wonderful place for her to spend her remaining years. She was a bedridden patient. The staff were totally awesome. They kept her extremely clean, and free of bed sores the entire time she was there. They cooked all her healthy meals, which she loved. Elite Manor is a beautiful nursing home with a homey feel, very clean, and is in a very nice residential area in Boca Raton, Fl. They were very alert to her health conditions and made sure she was taken care of with the proper physicians. My Mother-in-law had Dementia, and could be challenging. Elite Manor staff was so patient, and knew how to handle her. The owner/director, Petrinea was always available. She is very knowledgeable about all aspects of her business, and was extremely helpful to us with Mom's insurance. Petrinea and her staff were so comforting, and supportive to the family during the process of our Mom passing over. We cannot stress enough how highly we recommend Elite Manor. You and your loved one will not regret choosing Elite Manor.

Elite Manor was truly an outstanding assisted living facility, and my only regret is that we didn’t find it sooner for my mother. What sets Elite Manor apart is the incredibly personalized care. Because there is consistency among the caregivers, they truly got to know my mother - not just her needs, but her personality, preferences, routines, and all the little things that made her comfortable. It was clear that they genuinely cared about her and about all of their residents. The warm, home-like environment is also very special. Because Elite Manor is located in a beautiful residential home rather than a large institutional setting, it truly feels like a home. My mother received individualized attention in a comfortable, nurturing environment, which meant so much to our family. The owner, Petrinea, is a true angel with a heart of gold. She takes tremendous pride in Elite Manor and is personally involved in making sure the facility operates at the highest level. She was always responsive and attentive and went above and beyond to make sure my mother received the best possible care. Melissa was also incredibly kind, patient, and nurturing with my mother. I will always be grateful for the compassion she showed her. In fact, the entire staff went above and beyond. They paid attention to every detail and helped coordinate my mother’s care with her doctors, therapists, and other providers. Nothing seemed too small to matter. That level of communication, attention, and personal involvement gave our family tremendous peace of mind. Most importantly, we always felt that my mother was cared for by people who truly cared about her. I cannot say enough wonderful things about Petrinea, Melissa, and the entire Elite Manor team. I am deeply grateful for the care, kindness, dignity, and love they gave my mother. I highly recommend Elite Manor to any family looking for exceptional, personalized care for someone they love.
