My mom just moved into The Club. Brandi was so helpful in making the transition. My mom has been there for a week and the staff is wonderful. The residents are also very welcoming. If you are looking for a place for a relative, I would recommend The Club.

The Club at Haines City was very nice. It's a square building with a garden and a walkway where they can sit out there in the middle. They keep the ladies on one side and the men on the other. Many of them are ambulatory, some are not, some have memory care, and others are not quite as bad. They have very caring staff. My husband was not cooperating with me very well, one of the ladies that was on her break tried to engage him and take him for a walk and talk to him while I was trying to talk to the other lady who was interviewing and taking down information. The Club at Haines City was very nice. It's a square building with a garden and a walkway where they can sit out there in the middle. They keep the ladies on one side and the men on the other. Many of them are ambulatory, some are not, some have memory care, and others are not quite as bad. They have very caring staff. My husband was not cooperating with me very well, one of the ladies that was on her break tried to engage him and take him for a walk and talk to him while I was trying to talk to the other lady who was interviewing and taking down information. I spoke to the lady on the phone, she was taking care of the place, and I was impressed. Everyone there seemed content. I saw the dining area, TV room, and the rooms where the people stay. I saw the grounds where people could go outside and walk around.

We had a great tour at the Club at Haines City. Our host [name removed] was gracious with her hospitality. She answered all of our questions and spent extra time with us. [name removed] knew our concerns as we were researching our choices for my mother in law.

I toured The Club recently looking for a place for my mom. [name removed] was so helpful as she showed us around. The facility is so nice and clean and it was nice to see that they are making more improvements. All the staff was friendly and the residence seemed happy. Very friendly and clean facility with a lot of activities for all their residents. Facility is well kept and staff is very pleasant and happy to show us around. We were here for a tour and have enjoyed it Thank you

I was very pleased with my tour. Everything ship sharpened and was pleased with how premisses were kept.

A friend recommended The Club @ Haines City when moving my mother-in-law from Texas to be near us. Having zero experience with nursing/assisted living, I had no idea what to expect. The facility was in the middle of a complete overhaul. The then manager was very helpful & able to take our mom immediately. The most amazing part, she was able to bring her fur babies, which was more than we hoped & put her at ease. The level of care she needed when moving in was very low but the peace of mind that she had help 24/7 was amazing! I visited almost daily & had direct experience with almost every staff member & resident over the last 8 months. The residents were loving, kind, & enveloped her into the community immediately. I was most impressed with the staff who became as close as family & were an extreme help as her health declined. Much has changed over our time there and only for the better! The meals were originally not great, however, taking the residents input it has improved 100% & is now very good. The new manager & health director have done an incredible job bringing the team together to improving the care & cohesiveness of the facility. I can’t express enough how incredible the community & staff of The Club @ Haines City have been to us!! The warmth and support have truly made a difference in our lives. We are so grateful to be a part of such an amazing community!!
