I want to start by saying that I do not usually post public reviews, but after our experience with Capstone I felt compelled to do so. My 92 year old father had experienced Alzheimer's/Dementia for a period of time and was getting harder to care for. After touring different memory care living facilities in Palm Beach we decided to place my father in Capstone. I want to start by saying that I do not usually post public reviews, but after our experience with Capstone I felt compelled to do so. My 92 year old father had experienced Alzheimer's/Dementia for a period of time and was getting harder to care for. After touring different memory care living facilities in Palm Beach we decided to place my father in Capstone. This turned out to be a wonderful memory care that spotlighted the exclusive Shine program. From the skilled care giving team that provided care, compassion and respect for my father to the wonderful memory care director Brenda Johnson, all went above and beyond. My wife and I were there almost every day and saw firsthand the care and joy given to all the residents. My father was in his latter stages of this terrible disease and could not have been in a better environment. We were frequently told, your father is home with us. I cannot say enough what a blessing it was to have my father reside at Capstone until his passing. To all at Capstone, thank you from the bottom of our hearts.

Can't say enough good about Capstone !! Denae and her Team is fantastic! Not only are they totally professional but, maybe even more important, they are so very nice and helpful. And that's the staff from management to wait staff to the aides to housekeeping and everyone. It's as though, in the hiring process, staff is screened for niceness and helpfulness along with their skills. The food is great too; lots of it including snacks, teas in the afternoon, all the pasta you want, everything very tasty. They really "get it" at the Capstone, how to care for the residents and keep a smile on their faces. The community is so beautiful and beautifully kept; so clean every single day. As a resident I feel I made one the very best decision in my life bring my family to the Capstone Royal Palm Beach, because they are Family!!

The location was a big factor. I'm a mile away from my brother. The apartment was very nice. The staff were friendly. The staff is very receptive to any questions or issue I might have.
My mother in-law is a memory care resident at the Capstone. My wife and I are very pleased with the care she receives. We are frequent drop in visitors and feel the memory care staff all are caring with the residents and seem to truly enjoy what they do. Brenda and her staff are truly a caring team and we are grateful to have found them.
The staff is very professional, attentive and friendly.
