The location on the Northside of Jax is beautiful, clean, and was convenient for our regular visits. She began in the Assisted Living section but quickly moved to Memory Care. The food was delicious and the staff caring. Overall, our experience was positive and we would recommend it.
Our family is grateful for the wonderful experience my Mom is having since she moved in to Alto Duval Station. From my first meeting with Beth in preparation for my parents needing care to the latest interaction with the Chef about my Mom’s special request, I have felt genuine care and concern for my Mom’s care and quality of life. I regularly engage the entire staff and have only had positive experiences, even when there’s been a concern, it is address and resolution is worked on together. Our family is grateful for the wonderful experience my Mom is having since she moved in to Alto Duval Station. From my first meeting with Beth in preparation for my parents needing care to the latest interaction with the Chef about my Mom’s special request, I have felt genuine care and concern for my Mom’s care and quality of life. I regularly engage the entire staff and have only had positive experiences, even when there’s been a concern, it is address and resolution is worked on together. My Mom is actively engaged in church services, she has become a Bingo Queen and she has met many new friends. Our experience with the staff and residents of Alto Duval Station far exceeds our expectations and we are grateful for the Joy my Mom is experiencing there, she is truly flourishing. As she continues her journey here, I am sure issues will arise but I feel confident they will be worked through. Our family is aware of the commitment it takes to work with our elders in a loving, respectful and professional way and the staff at Alto Duval Station is meeting that expectation.

I visit daily and I always feel welcome for as long as I want to stay. The main improvement that I think needs to be made concerns the furniture in the dining room and common room. The recliners and the couch are well past their prime and need replacement for the comfort of the residents. Also, more regular chairs need to be added to the common room and dining room as, to accommodate everyone, chairs need to be dragged back and forth at every meal. This…

I absolutely love the staff at Alto. My husband lives in Memory Care and he is well loved and taken care of by everyone at the facility. I visit daily and I always feel welcome for as long as I want to stay. The main improvement that I think needs to be made concerns the furniture in the dining room and common room. The recliners and the couch are well past their prime and need replacement for the comfort of the residents. Also, more regular chairs need to be added to the common room and dining room as, to accommodate everyone, chairs need to be dragged back and forth at every meal. This improvement would greatly reduce the work of the busy staff.

The management and staff at Alto Duval Station have been an incredible blessing to our family. My dad has been there for over two years, and my brothers and I could not be more grateful for the care he receives. Sharon, Beth and all the staff treat residents with dignity and respect. Their dedication provides our family a peace of mind, knowing our dad is in such good hands. The facility is exceptionally clean and welcoming. We truly appreciate the team at Alto Duval Station and would highly recommend them to anyone seeking quality care for a loved one.
I wanted to take the opportunity to send a big shout out to Beth Smith, Sales Director! Beth has always been so kind and responsive any time my dad or I needed assistance with anything at Alto. My dad is so proud when she comes around to show prospective residents his unit. They enjoy sharing stories of days gone by when he was a firefighter with JF&R. You can tell her actions are genuine. Our family is so glad to know she is there to keep an eye on our dad. Many thanks!
I needed a facility for both my parents Dad was in a wheelchair after 2 broken hips (also on dialysis) and Mom needed memory care. Family and I had cared for them for 5 years but could no longer do the 24/7 care they needed. I visited several facilities and none of them come close to being as nice as this one. What really made my decision easy was the employees there! Beth in sales has been amazing. Sales is not all she does. She has assisted me in all kinds of situations along with Sharon the director. After a year of being in the facility, we lost my mother. During such a hard time they made it as comfortable as possible. As if we were in our home with family. Alma, Evette, Bailey, April and many others were professional but also like family. Dad was struggling after my Moms passing but the staff have really helped him. The new PT instructor Jacobi has gotten my Dad up on his feet and excited about moving forward. It’s not perfect but they do strive for it to be. All of this said I would highly recommend trusting your parents at the Alto Duval Station.
Beth took the time to xplain all of our options as well as took us on a tour of the beautiful facility. We already feel like part of a family.
