With the new renovations, the atmosphere is warm and inviting. The residents are always engaged in activities for enrichment. Each resident is treated as a part of the family and made to feel respected and loved. It's a wonderful living arrangement for your loved ones.
My grandma recently stayed at this rehabilitation facility, and our family had a very positive experience. The staff was incredibly attentive, caring, and always made sure she was comfortable and well taken care of. The therapy team was especially wonderful—they worked closely with her and helped her regain her strength and confidence. Thanks to the excellent care and rehabilitation she received, she was able to make great progress and come home sooner than we expected. We are very grateful to everyone who played a part in her recovery and would highly recommend this facility to others.
This place has made a huge improvement from when i was last here 12yrs ago. The have been nothing but nice and careing and provided lots off attention.staff was wonderful- and they have the best therapy. And the food was also good. I do recommend this place.

I would like to give Darla Gatewood a big shout out. She is very knowledgeable and compassionate about the work she does. She made our transition into care smooth and effortless. The care my family received at Tree of life was simply amazing.
I want to share what a great experience I have had with the Administrator James and his nursing team Heather, Rebecca, Pam and Tanisha. My family member has been in and out of this building and every time they see the changes that have happened over the last year all for the positive. Activities, Nursing and they speak about the lunches they have with the Administrator.
They have new owners so I do see a lot of changes going on. My mom's there for rehabilitation and I met the physical therapist and they are doing a wonderful job with my mom's rehabilitation and have to give a thumbs up to the front entrance front desk staff always greet you when you enter the front doors. And to the CNA'S 👍 👍 👍 they have to put up with alot in there with the permanent patients & rehabilitation patients. The nurses are very nice and care for the patients. The cleaners do a great job, you can see by the clean rooms. Only thing I think they need is better variety on food choices. More green veggies rich in magnesium. This is the third time my mom has come here for rehabilitation and when she leaves here she has total improvement. So I wanna Thank them for the compassionate care they give to my mother each time.
I have lived here a total of 2 years and the Activities Department has been excellent. I like the movie and popcorn nights, getting to go on off-site trips and playing bingo. They have a great Thearpy Department and all of these staff treat me well.
I’ve been here for over a month and have been provided with wonderful care . The rehab aides Kim, Tonya and Andrea are always so helpful and understanding to my needs ,a special thank you to Kim who always made sure I ate and encouraged me daily. I see how compassionate she is about her residents. They also have great activity staff who have been very nice. I would definitely recommend this facility as I have had a great experience.
