For all people reading of our experience, know that the day David went to Sugarmill Woods Manor, all of us, friends and family had no worries of his comfort, safety, and belonging. There were kind and friendly voices everywhere. The daily mission of the staff was caring service to each resident. All of David’s needs were met. A home away from home. Our friend, David, called Sugarmill Manor his home before he left us.... what a lovely thought. To know that he was so well cared for that he felt at home there was a comfort to us and a blessing for him. The staff were always friendly and accommodating, and though losing loved ones is always difficult, knowing the genuine caring of everyone there gave us all peace of mind. I hope everyone there knows how much we appreciate their consideration of our good friend.
My mother-in-law, Joann, has had a wonderful experience at Sugarmill Manor. The staff is kind, attentive, and truly cares about each resident, always treating Joann with dignity and respect. The facility is clean, well-maintained, and has a warm, home-like atmosphere. Joann enjoys the activities and the sense of community, which helps her stay engaged and happy. We also appreciate the good communication from the staff, giving our family peace of mind. We’re very grateful for the care she receives and would highly recommend Sugarmill Manor.
Such a wonderful facility, very clean and home like environment. Residents are very happy and the staff are super personable. Everyone in the building knows one another and all the residents personally and they take their care very seriously. Love Sugarmill Manor Assisted Living!! ⭐️✨
I feel very blessed that my father was able to spend the last 42 months of his life here. They really prioritize care for the residents. The staff from management to cleaning crew not only interact but care about their residents. The administrator not only communicated but, also helped me with getting Hospice involved when he needed the extra care. Please take time to not only tour the facility but, ask the residents family about their loved one’s care. It’s not about fancy furniture and modern decor it’s about the care and concern for their residents.
My Father has been @ Sugarmill Manor for over 3 years, I am surely satisfied with the entire management and staff . Every time I go to visit Dad the staff always come by and let me know how my Dad is doing. So reassuring to know that they extremely care so much for him. He is always clean and his room is always neat and clean as well. Such a great staff. I also had the pleasure of eating meals there on special occasions, I was very pleased with the food. They have a monthly calendar that has all their activities, even have times in which family members can join the activities as well. Special shot out to Lauren- she is the best administrator any facility can have. When I need to say something to the staff reference my dad, she has always responded immediately to my messages. Great place to have your loved one cared for. *****
