Horrible. Their neglect lead to my mothers death. UTI, pneumonia & septic shock

I urge you not to entrust your loved ones to this facility. My mother, who suffered from dementia, experienced severe neglect during her stay. I often found her halfway out of bed, and it was evident that her basic needs, including proper nutrition, were not being met. The lack of care and attention was alarming and utterly unacceptable.

I had to fly back to Texas for 5 to 7 days after my 90 year-old mother broke her arm and had surgery so I needed respite care For my mother and we had to do cash pay there was no choice. Due to the reviews that I read I was very hesitant to put my mother in Stuart rehab, but their prices were very reasonable very very reasonable in fact, the only place that I could afford And so I placed her in their care while I went back to Texas. Well, let me tell you, my mother could not have been happier. She was just gushing about how well they took care of her. How happy the staff is how excellent the food is. She just loved it there. She had a bunch of friends in the community that stopped by to visit her because its location is so central and convenient. I cannot say enough good things about this place. I would not hesitate to put my mother there again and I don’t say that lightly the executive Director deeply cares and knows the ins and outs of what her staff is or isn’t doing really very very good place. Good job. Thank you for taking such a good Stance in your care for my mother.

Both on my parents entered Stuart Rehab in Nov 2024. They have been provided exceptional care and it’s a comfort to me that we made the right decision. The nurses and CNAs are tremendously hard working and truly care for their patients. It’s a clean and safe environment and truly a great place.
