I never thought a nursing home facility would be part of my life with my Mother. I vowed to take care of her no matter what it took. However things do not always go as plan. Thank God for Solaris HealthCare of Pensacola. Marty and the rest of the administration staff made the transition very smooth and painless for my Mother and myself..Thank you all, as well as Sharon, Courtney, Tammy, Chastity, Shantivia, Holly, Melissa and all of the supporting staff on A wing. Your hard work and compassion does not go unnoticed. Because of you all, I can sleep at night knowing she is well cared for.

I had an amazing experience. My Mother was there for almost 4 years. She recently passed in April. I must say that her stay there was exceptional. The last years of her life was the best years . My thanks goes to the Solaris healthcare staff. They treated her with the upmost respect. They care for her as if she was their own family. My mother loved them. The care that she received was across the board. I must say every department from admissions, the nursing staff, social workers, beauty services and many more took care of my mother all around. I am so grateful that we’re such a wonderful part of my mother’s last few years. I would recommend Solaris healthcare to anyone who need their love ones cared for when they can’t care for themselves. Thanks Solaris healthcare for a job well done.🙏

My Meme was at Solaris for three months for Rehab. We had been transferred from Olive Branch for care reasons. Since we arrived, the nurses and CNAs have been wonderful! The Unit Manager, Alli, kept us informed almost daily of her progress and any set backs she was having. Cherish, very clearly, explained to us about her UTI and all the symptoms and side effects that could possibly affect her. My family and I are so grateful for the care provided by the entire team!

My family and I are incredibly grateful for the care my dad has received at Solaris HealthCare Pensacola. He originally came in through the rehab wing, and has since transitioned into their long-term care unit. From day one, the professionalism, compassion, and consistency of the staff has been truly outstanding. The physical and occupational therapy team has been exceptional. The therapists have worked patiently and steadily with my dad, encouraging him while still challenging him in the right ways. It’s clear they genuinely care about his progress, and they’ve helped him improve not only physically, but also in confidence and independence. We’ve been extremely impressed with the dedication and skill they bring every day. The communication from the staff has been just as impressive. Our family feels informed, listened to, and respected. Whenever we have questions or concerns, the team takes the time to explain things clearly and thoughtfully. Their attention to detail and willingness to keep us updated has made a stressful situation much easier to navigate. Another thing that stands out is the kindness and friendliness throughout the entire facility. Even staff members who don’t directly care for my dad go out of their way to greet us, smile, and offer help. From the front desk team that checks us in, to the staff we pass in the hallways, everyone creates an atmosphere of warmth and professionalism. It’s obvious this facility is well-staffed and well-run, and it shows in every interaction. Most importantly, Solaris HealthCare Pensacola has given our family peace of mind. I travel often for work and am frequently out of town, but knowing my dad is safe, cared for, and surrounded by attentive professionals makes all the difference. It is comforting beyond words to know he is in a place where he is treated with dignity and genuine compassion. I would highly recommend Solaris HealthCare Pensacola to any family looking for rehab or long-term care. The facility and staff have exceeded our expectations, and we are truly thankful for everything they do.
