I am deeply grateful for everyone at Seasons Gardens Assisted Living.A special thank you to Mimi and Ana for working with me not only during my mom’s transition, as well as assisting me whenever there is a challenge that needs to be addressed. for Carlitos, from the maintenance team, who is always there to help my mom with the small things that make a difference. Ozzie, Denise and Maria who always greet me with a smile no matter how many times I call or visit. The nurses and caregivers who offer attentive, gentle, and tireless care every single day. I want to especially thank Yaisa, Maria and Maira for their compassion, patience and professionalism. My mom can be a little difficult at times, so I especially appreciate the remarkable patience, kindness, and understanding that everyone consistently shows her. The calm reassurance, small acts of kindness, and respectful attention she receives mean more to me than words can fully express. Knowing she is treated with such dignity, respect, and genuine compassion brings me tremendous peace of mind. One area that I believe could make an already wonderful community even more special is the outdoor garden.With a bit more attention and thoughtful landscaping, it could become a truly tranquil sanctuary—filled with blooming flowers, shaded comfortable new seating, and peaceful spaces for residents and families to relax and connect. I sincerely hope this area continues to be enhanced, as it holds so much potential to bring even more beauty and comfort to the community. Additionally, I have occasionally noticed that certain indoor areas could benefit from a fresher, more consistent scent throughout the facility. A more pleasant and inviting aroma would further enhance the already clean and caring environment and make visits even more comfortable for residents and families alike. I would also like to share a small concern regarding residents’ clothing. On a few occasions, items have been lost, returned damaged or more worn than expected, suggesting they may not always be handled with sufficient care during laundering. I understand how demanding daily operations are and appreciate all efforts to keep residents comfortable.This is simply a constructive note in the hope that extra attention in this area may help preserve personal belongings. Thank you to the entire Seasons Gardens Assisted Living team for all that you do. Do not bring your love ones here. The care is not great. The rooms are not kept clean. Once your love one gets older and ill, they do not have the capacity of caring for them. The administrator cares less about them. The moment your love one becomes an issue for them they will throw them out. This place is all about money. Recently, they had a list of old folks that they threw out so that they can bring new people to charge more. Don't believe the hype. At first they make you feel this is where your love one will take their last breath. They paint a beautiful picture but it's all a lie. Beware!

Quiero darle a todo el personal de Season Garden las gracias por todo el trabajo excelente y profesional que realizan con nuestros padres. Absolutamente todos estoy muy agradecida por el trato excelente, la comida, la limpieza, el cuidado personal a nuestro familiares, el trato excelente de las enfermeras, administración, las personas que atienden directamente a nuestros padres es muy buena, aquí se trabaja con mucho corazón y empatía por nuestra familia. Tenga presente esta residencia si algún día la necesita amigos o familiares. Aquí nuestros viejitos van a encontrar una gran familia. Gracias a todos y mucho agradecimiento. Que Dios los bendiga.
