Staffing can be overwhelmed with their high number of patients. That said, there are some staff members that go above and beyond. Alvin is excellent and a great nursing administrator. Our thanks to all the staff for their care.
The staff is very friendly and helpful, especially to the new patients. It’s very clean there and never any odd smells😊
Great rehab facility!! Staff and workers were all very friendly, helpful and did great job on my husband’s therapy. Really nice size private room with a window. Facility is kept very clean. The food was very good also. Would highly recommend.

CNA & nurses spread to thin no possible way they can be attentive. Staff indifferent , vindictive and retaliatory instead of professional. No communication or returned calls - phon rings and rings gets ignored.
I am a minister and visits lots of different facilities. This facility is always clean, doesn't smell and the staff are friendly and helpful.

They will be kept alive and with “food”. The compassionate care is not there with most of the staff - I 2nd and have seen same symptoms - it is mostly related to the administrative and ownership greed ! Complete negligence from the beginning. I took my husband out of there after 2 hours. No one checked him and his oxygen level went dangerously low. He arrived via transport from the hospital. If he had not figured out how to call me, we could have had a much different outcome. His nurse admitted after an hour and a half of being there that NO ONE even read his chart or looked at him. He requires oxygen! I would not board my dog there. I only gave one star as there was nothing less.
I was very impressed with the facility. Very clean and all the staff were so friendly and accommodating. Would highly recommend.
