It was my first visit with my Aunt Mimi, and I was immediately impressed by how pleasant and welcoming the staff were. When entrusting the care of a loved one to others, it’s natural to feel uncertain, but the team here truly treats residents and their families like their own. Since moving in, my aunt has shown noticeable improvement compared to when she was living independently. It’s been especially reassuring to see her forming friendships and engaging with others. The outdoor spaces are thoughtfully designed and provide a perfect setting for residents to relax and spend time together. I was particularly touched that a member of the sales team, Claire, took the time to walk the property with us, check in, and engage in meaningful conversation. She is just one example of the many staff members who clearly demonstrate genuine care and attentiveness. Overall, the facility is clean, welcoming, and supportive. Most importantly, my Aunt Mimi is happy and enjoying her time here, which gives our family great peace of mind.

The staff, care, and facility is amazing. Our family member moved here from another facility last fall and the quality of Sancerre is impressive. Our first contact was with Jessica who took the time to answer all of our questions and put us at ease with the tedious details of moving from another facility. She treated us like family from our first meeting. If fact all of the staff makes us feel welcomed and at home when we visit. Jessica, thank you for helping us make the move, the continued support, and your compassion and commitment to the residents, families and staff.

Our mom is currently a resident at Sancerre, and we have been so pleased with her outstanding care and surroundings. Jessica was an integral part of our decision to select Sancerre after visiting several facilities in the Palm Coast area. Jessica is extremely professional, knowledgeable, and compassionate. She accommodated our schedule, made home visits, promptly returned all our calls, provided us with answers to all of our questions, and made us feel like family. We received regular communication and invitations to all the community events so we could attend to familiarize Mom with the facility and meet other residents while we were considering our options. Now that Mom has settled in, she loves her new apartment and the incredible staff that cares for her. We visit daily and always feel welcome and are greeted with smiles and kindness. We maintain the utmost admiration and gratitude to Jessica and the entire staff for making this process such a positive experience. We highly recommend Sancerre for any loved ones that are in need of a living arrangement that assists with their needs.

I looked at soooo many places before choosing Sancerre for my mother. Working with Jess through the evaluation process was seamless and elegant. She was available for every (of the many) questions that I had, and made sure that we not only had answers, but personally experienced every aspect of their offering to see for ourselves. One of the things I noticed immediately, was how every member of the staff greats every resident and visitor with a smile and kind word, even if they are just passing in the hall. Mom has been there for two months and my early impression has held true. From Nancy and Dawn on the front desk, to the med techs, nurses, dining staff and every helpful hand along the way, this is a kind, warm, attentive and incredibly welcoming home.
