I recently visited Riverwood to tour the facility because I’m looking for a place for my mom, and I had a wonderful experience. The facility was clean, welcoming, and had a warm, home-like atmosphere from the moment I walked in. Phree, the concierge, was absolutely amazing! She greeted everyone with a smile, was so friendly and helpful, and made me feel welcome right away. You can tell she truly cares about the residents and everyone who walks through the door. She made such a great first impression and made me feel much more comfortable during the visit.
This health care facility is always very clean and well maintained. The food is good, and the staff are kind, caring, and welcoming. It's clear they work hard to provide a positive environment, and I would definitely recommend this facility to others.

It was very clean. Everyone was really nice. They greeted me when I entered the door period great place.And I would definitely send my family member back again if rehab services were ever needed.
Wonderful, the young African American lady who is in charge is very nice. She was very attentive was very honest and the new DON is great. I would recommend to anyone. My dad had a great experience there.
I feel as if I was at a different rehab than all these 5 star reviews. I thought I was lucky because I live 5 min away. I am on oxygen 24/7. When I arrived the oxygen machine didn’t work, they eventually got another that also didn’t work. I had to tell them I had to have oxygen now!! About 30 minutes later I got a tank of oxygen. My husband ended up bringing my oxygen machine from home for me. They weren’t concerned in the least. I used mine for 2 days and after complaining enough they finally found one that worked. The staff for the most part was rude and showed no amount of empathy or caring. It was clear to me they were there for a paycheck and that was all. The food was absolutely horrible. It was cold and tasteless. I had my husband bring me food on several occasions. My roommate asked for a cup of ice one night and the girl literally jumped down her throat. I told the girl to quit talking to her like that and she and I got in an argument. She was as rude as they come. I would never recommend this facility to anyone.
