It's safe place to live but they do have mold issues. One resident moved in and they got the smallest fridge over the rest of the units. They asked the mgr for a regular sized fridge like the others because they don't drive so they have to stock up. Mgr said no. They had to spend $800 on a fridge to install in the unit. A senior citizen with limited funds had to go buy one. Mgr could have switched it from another unit but no. Lack of empathy and feelings toward resident's wishes. It's safe place to live but they do have mold issues. One resident moved in and they got the smallest fridge over the rest of the units. But it's safe to live there which is important. EDIT: At one point, their elevators broke. So this leaves the elderly and the disabled unable to go downstairs or upstairs. It was broken for 3 weeks. Many had to go without shopping and stayed in their room waiting for the elevator to get fixed. I had to lug bags of heavy groceries up the stairs. This wasn't easy for me so I can't imagine what they have to go through. This is absolutely unacceptable. They claim they can't find anyone to fix it. Very poor management.
