Platinum Oaks Assisted Living Facility

Finding the right place for my 91-year-old mother was one of the hardest and most emotional decisions I have ever had to make. After searching and worrying about her care, I feel incredibly grateful that we found Platinum Oaks. From the moment we arrived, the owner, Melissa, has been absolutely wonderful. She is kind, compassionate, caring, and genuinely invested in the residents and their families. Her warmth and personal attention have given me a sense of comfort and peace that I desperately needed during such a difficult transition. The entire staff—Callie, Sonja, Melissa, and Stephen—have been amazing. They treat my mother with such patience, dignity, kindness, and genuine affection. It means everything to me to know that she is surrounded by people who truly care about her. Moving a parent into assisted living is never easy, especially when you live miles away, but the love and care my mother receives at Platinum Oaks have made this transition so much easier for our family. I feel confident knowing she is in a safe, loving, and caring environment. I cannot thank Melissa and the entire Platinum Oaks team enough for everything they do. I would wholeheartedly recommend Platinum Oaks to anyone looking for a place where their loved one will be treated like family. ❤️

My father spent his final months at Platinum Oaks. This was the second facility he lived at. By far the level of care is unmatched. Staff has the highest integrity while caring for their residents. My father was treated as a king. He was a bit spoiled, but we did not complain. Being that it’s in a home with limited rooms gave the residents the specialized care they needed. They operated truly as a family. Eating meals together, games and favorite common shows they like. The level of trust and relationship we had with the staff is something I will never forget. They are angels among us. Hopefully I will never have this need but if I did I would want a place like this.
