Yes, the place was clean most of CNA and nurses were good in taking care of her, as far as physical therapy goes, they were good to work with. Food can be a little better to look at. I would have given it a 5 if some of the problems I had would have been taken care of before I left. If there any questions to ask, put them in writing at your care meeting. Michelle was very good at working on questions I had after I left.
Palm Gardens is absolutely amazing! The care staff is amazing. The social services team is amazing and Michelle the executive Director is amazing. They take amazing care of our residents that go over there and it always smells and looks great. If you need rehab services, this is definitely the place in Sun City Center to send your loved one if even for long-term care!!
Please do not take your elderly to this location. I give them one star because There’s no option for zero stars. After hip surgery, I took my mother from the hospital to this location after four days being there, I took her home and got Home Care for her. every time I would show up, which was every day, I would find my mother naked and full of piss. on one occasion I saw another elderly lady fall out of the wheelchair, and the aid was yelling out that she was sick and done with this and left her on the floor. Her name is Thelma beware. I had to go and get another nurse to lift her off the…

Please do not take your elderly to this location. I give them one star because There’s no option for zero stars. After hip surgery, I took my mother from the hospital to this location after four days being there, I took her home and got Home Care for her. every time I would show up, which was every day, I would find my mother naked and full of piss. on one occasion I saw another elderly lady fall out of the wheelchair, and the aid was yelling out that she was sick and done with this and left her on the floor. Her name is Thelma beware. I had to go and get another nurse to lift her off the floor. As soon as I took my mother home the following day, Department of children and families showed up at my house sent by them. If you love your loved ones, please do not take them to this location they are neglected and not taking care of. During the day they put on a show with a whole full staff once the evening comes it’s a ghost town.

My rehabilitation services were very intense and rewarding. The therapist focused on my regaining use of range of motion of my limb. They were very patient and caring. I had other experiences at a different facility that was not as good as my experience here at the Palm Gardens Rehab. My overall experience was excellent at the facility, Kudos to the entire Care Team.
My Uncle Jose has been here for several years. He is well taken care of. There always things we want different but he is doing well. No bed sores. They try their best to get him out of bed and cleaned up daily. Sometimes he doesn't want to. We appreciate the entire team providing care for him. I wanted to especially thank Marisela, CNA she goes above and beyond her duty. She has a great relationship with him. I know many do but she is one that stands out. Thank you !!
Visited Palm Garden of Sun City today to see my family member who's staying there for rehabilitation. The staff was very nice and attentive to his condition. The facility was spotless, very spacious, and well staffed. He's enjoying the food. I was very pleased with his care.
All show and no go. I've never seen such a deterioration of a patient. Totally inadequate PT. The food is less than palatable. Her meds evaporated. She's being moved at great expense for recovery. Administration is ready for combat for any questions. Creative financing.
My mother, Sandy, has all good things to say about her stay at Palm Garden. From her “room with a view” to her “excellent care”. In the past she was always uncomfortable with male CNAs so it means a lot when she tells me 2 out of her 4 favorite CNAs were males. Munya, Sam, Daylin, and Adrianna were kind, patient and attentive - every time they provided care. Ancelyn welcomed her on day of admission with a hot shower after a long hospitalization. Her nurses, Colleen and Carlette, were always kind and ensured that all needs were met and questions answered. Her therapist, Amy, was encouraging and friendly. Thank you to all.
