I don’t think it’s very clean and I don’t like all the exotic birds and all other kinds of birds and chickens and roosters in that place there’s feathers all inside the facility and I don’t think it’s very good for these older people to be breathing. My sister has a heart condition and I’m not too thrilled with her going there, I’m not pleased with the grounds. I’m not pleased with the landscaping maintenance. I’m not pleased at all. I’m not pleased with what I saw today. I will keep a very, very, very close eye on this place it needs to be shut down. That’s my honest opinion. If I could give it zero stars, I would. I feel that 3 1/2 stars is too much for this facility. That’s given it way too much credit. I don’t know who owns this facility, but they should be ashamed of themselves.
I just wish that some of the staff who are at Northpointe, had family living there. Hopefully the situation and caring would be better. Communication is also a big problem. There has been untrue statements made by staff members with one of the assistant members hanging up on a family member. This is unacceptable and Should be reported. Do not let your love one goes there and if you have a love one there, get them OUT..now 🙏🙏🙏
WestPointe employs some loving people but owners and April, the rx boss, are abusive, and Mom’s room was so stinky. The carpet was likely peed on, but not changed before mom went in. Sooo smelly. Some staff is good, but the owner is not. The food is cheap and not healthy. My mom was not impressed with the activities. It is [fee removed] less than any other but the oppressive environment, smelly, residents scared to talk/fellowship and talk of bullying/gaslighting by management.

Not very clean outside has a lot of wasps nest everywhere, staff isn't very polite, food sucks ,
This is worse than prison in multiple regards. FILTHY!!!
Bad management and poor healthcare workers leads to exactly this!! They don't want to pay employees anything...... So you get poor service from those workers.
I lived there for roughly 6 months and the place is well awful, it's more of a mental health institution then retirement community. It's run down, the roof leaks, one woman had her ceiling collapse on her, the food is poor, they claim to have swimming pool and they do at there sister community West pointe, but it has no water in it. They claim to offer snacks, sorry will not happen, trips to places, good luck there, no activity except bingo, no cable or internet unless you get it and pay for it yourself, it's dirty, they have mice, overall not a good place.
