We are incredibly grateful to North Lake for the care they provided to my grandmother. She came to North Lake needing specialized wound care and IV antibiotics, and from the very beginning, we felt that she was in caring and capable hands. The nursing staff and CNAs were exceptional—compassionate, attentive, and responsive whenever she needed assistance. Communication and response times were consistently impressive, which gave our family tremendous peace of mind. The onsite wound care team and nurses also deserve special recognition for the knowledge, attention to detail, and dedication they showed throughout her treatment. We were equally impressed by how clean and well-maintained her room and the entire facility were. It was clear that cleanliness, comfort, and patient safety were priorities. Most importantly, my grandmother was treated with dignity, kindness, and genuine compassion. We cannot thank the nurses, CNAs, wound care team, and entire North Lake staff enough for everything they did for her and our family and getting my grandma home. Me and my family highly recommend North Lake!
I must say that my experience here at Northlake Care Center was one of care, love and concern. The staff here is great and if I had to come back I'd jump at the chance. The physical therapy and every aspect as well as the nurses, the CNAs, and the administration have all been great to me. And I would like to thank them wholeheartedly for what they have done for me. They've given me life again when all I thought I saw was me going down. Thank you to everyone at North Lake Care Center.
Please don't send any one you love there. Awful place. Woman who sent my son there lied to him about this place. The staff wasn't even prepared for him. She should be fired. Place should be closed down. Shame on you VA for sending Veterans there! Shame on you 😕

I have been here for close to two years now and they have treated me wonderfully. I absolutely adore my CNAs Stacey and Fiedel! They take such wonderful care of me and treat me like family! I love them both dearly! 💕 The nursing staff cares so much for their patients and go above and beyond to see that they get the care they need. I woke up once and felt sick to my stomach and ended up throwing up blood. They acted so quickly in getting me to the hospital where I was diagnosed with a ruptured ulcer and had to have two major surgeries and several blood transfusions. Without the nurses quick response, I wouldn't of made it!
I enjoyed having a daily schedule I had really good nurses a couple of my really enjoyed Elcy and Natasha. The PT and OT team - Allan, Lauren, and Wes - helped me to accomplish my goal. I really enjoyed all my conversations with Christelle and her laughter. Jinhua was very helpful and always had a smiling face. Sharon was super organized and great at her job. I will miss all of them!
My mother received an exceptional level of care at North Lake. The staff is professional, caring and competent, but even more, they truly are concerned about the patients and their families, and it shows in everything they do. Permanent residents of the facility are happy, they're laughing, they're enjoying themselves, that is rare and I have not seen that in other places. From Sharon Thomas, the incredible social services director to Allen, the amazing physical therapy director, and everybody in between, I never had to worry about the way my mother was treated.
My stay at Northlake Care Center for the last few months was amazing. The staff were kind and treated me with respect. Special thank you to Allan, Laurel, Wes, and the therapy team. Special thank you to Yvrose and Kadiesha for caring for me.
