They truly care about the well being of a human and don’t view them as just a paycheck. My member had been thru so much and was homeless for years, but they didn’t judge him, they helped him, and he is so beyond happy to be there. I feel blessed to have found this location, I can’t recommend this facility enough!! 🙏💕
I recently visited midtown manor for my mother and although it must be said: the building is old and somewhat small, I did get a good vibe overall. The staff and the director Mr. Dowdell were simply amazing and very involved with their residents. I've visited countless facilities but I've never run across a more caring and involved director. He's totally hands on with his residents and they seem to love him right back. They've made countless improvements and continue to upgrade rooms etc. Yes, those cosmetic things are important but the staff is way more important since they're the ones…

I recently visited midtown manor for my mother and although it must be said: the building is old and somewhat small, I did get a good vibe overall. The staff and the director Mr. Dowdell were simply amazing and very involved with their residents. I've visited countless facilities but I've never run across a more caring and involved director. He's totally hands on with his residents and they seem to love him right back. They've made countless improvements and continue to upgrade rooms etc. Yes, those cosmetic things are important but the staff is way more important since they're the ones caring for our loved ones.
The pictures that they show on the Internet is very deceiving that place does not look like that in person very deceptive

My brother was here for a while. They evicted him suddenly. Not only did we learn they were not licensed at the time for clients with mental illness, the building was plagued with bed bugs. Terrible place. Maybe under new management, they'll do better.
They have had a problem with bed bugs for years, its out of control and the staff is completely unable to contain the problem. My uncle was covered with bites. He became ill, was not treated, and the family not informed. His niece found him barely conscious with food on him (being fed in bed lying down). He ultimately ended up hospitalized. The food is garbage (hot dogs, pizza). Stay away, its not safe for your loved ones.
My loved one was neglected to the point she needed to go to the ER. The nurse documented that my loved one came in with bed bugs and a nasty infection. I don't recommend this place to anyone unless you hate your loved one
