The owner for very unprofessional and shouts all the time. The meals are low quality, the environment needs to be cleaned, and they don’t pick up the phone. My mother used to bring my grandmother food and they would dump it or lose the silverware. They also stole the clothes we bought her. They only have one resident right now because everyone moved their relatives elsewhere! Look somewhere else unless you like elder…

Do not send your elderly relatives here. They recently got exposed for abusing their residents! My grandmother was moved to a new one yesterday because the owner was hitting her. Beautiful clean assisted living facility With the Most amazing loving and caring staff
Please don’t go here or send anyone you truly love here. Your love one won’t receive the proper care. Wayyyyyyyyy too many residents for an extremely understaffed facility to handle. Would not recommend to anyone.

I came from out of the country to visit my cousin who is in Caring Village of Margate. I was absolutely shocked with what I saw. The building has not had a coat of paint in years and is in desperate need of repair. The walls and the floors are dirty and there are roaches crawling everywhere. We pulled his night table out to try to kill a roach and there was so much dirt behind the table, I’m sure it had not been cleaned in a long time. The food that was served to him when I was there was not only unappealing it was certainly not a balanced meal. I found the staff to be unfriendly and I felt like I was bothering them by coming to visit. I can’t believe this place is still in business. It needs to be shut down.
My mother has been in the Caring Village Facility for over six years now. Honestly at 92, I don’t think she’d be around if it were not for her care there. Every time I go to visit I am so impressed by the cleanliness of the facility. It literally sparkles. The staff is competent and friendly and I always feel relieved that my mom is in good care when I leave. I don’t understand the severe negative comments I have read about this place. I am a very particular guy and I just find that those comments are not truthful. Please believe me when I say I would definitely recommend this facility highly.
I will be moving into Margate Assisted Living. It is a nice place. The people there look like they are professional and knowledgeable. They just welcome you. The rooms are very clean, and they remodeled all the rooms. They've done the floors, the bathrooms, and the blinds. Everything looks brand new. The rooms are very big. You could put a king-sized bed and it could fit 2 people in there. They have bingo, bowling, a library, painting, jewelry making, music, a theater, games, and you could do a lot of things outside. The atmosphere there is very warm. They have music on the piano. They also have a showroom where people come and sell one day a week. You can buy anything you like - clothes and jewelry.

Service and cleanliness is impeccable. The staff really cares about the patients and treat them as their own family. The food is homemade and delicious. We highly recommend it. The staff does there maximum best to satisfy the residence and families
