They took excellent care of her and she never had a bedsore or was dirty… she couldn’t communicate with me fully but she had no complaints because she was always excited to see her aides when they made their rounds. I highly recommend this facility, based on my experiences and the staff was always concerned and alerting me of any abnormal changes with her or incidents. My mom passed in 2020, can’t speak of anything beyond that point. I am thankful for all who cared for her, it truly…

I highly recommend this facility, based on my experiences and the staff was always concerned and alerting me of any abnormal changes with her or incidents. The rehab is only the best thing there I was at that place fo 2 weeks and not only I was treated bad I seen them treat the elderly people bad I seen them just close there door in there room so they don’t have to hear them call for help i am 61years old I just went there for rehab but staying there I would never do again the nurses and cans are the worst they innore the call lights to everyone I ask one can nurse to move a chair for me she told me we are not funiture movers u can never get help without them giving you lip I rather stay on the street than go there again

I spoke to 10 different people and everyone I spoke to sounds like they they don’t know how to do there job , I would hate to have a loved one in this facility.
My 84 year old disabled veteran Father has been in a few nursing/ rehab facilities in the past few years. I visit my Dad atleast 4 times a week to take him to his doctor appointments. Manor Pines treats us like family. The staff is amazing even though my Dad and other residents are very difficult to deal with. The poor staff gets yelled at all the time and they are not appreciated by the elderly residents. I can't thank them enough every time I go. The food is absolutely amazing, It's like a restaurant. I am so thankful my Dad is being cared for at Manor Pines. Keep up the good work and Thank you for everything you do. 🙏 John and Carmine Spadaro
Food sucks.
Manor Pines is a great rehab facility. The entire staff is fantastic. They genuinely care, work together to provide patient support, communicate effectively and are proactive problem solvers. The PT and OT teams are the perfect mix of motivating and kind, they work in partnership to get results! COVID protocols are in place for all staff, PPE, procedures, testing and notification. The RNs and CNAs work together, are knowledgeable and professional. I was concerned upon admittance and am pleased to say I truly feel cared for and supported on my road to rehab.
My Mom has lived at Manor Pines almost 4 years now - we couldn’t be happier! The entire staff is diligent and caring; the facility is immaculate; Mom has Alzheimer’s however she is quite content and definitely well taken care of!
