Working with our family to make loved one feel at home. Great communication. Very clean. Friendly staff. Love the live musicians! Would recommend!!
Not sure who this Linda lady is but my god is she rude. I would bot want my family members around this lady. Zero professional
Id like to know how they left a 71 yr old man that’s been there 4 yrs just leave. This man condition is very bad. Also there is no management except for a 91 yr old lady. An assault occurred there and nothing was done about it I would never ever put a loved one in there. Plus there are people that have Felony charges. Think twice bef u put someone in there.
No proper patient care. Patient neglect
The staff are great, caring and hard working. I am glad my mother is there as she gets good care.
Ambleside manor has been the best place for my loved one! It does need minor updates. The staff are amazing ! There are no animals, just very friendly and helpful staff. [name removed] and his daughter are incredible. They truly care for the patients and consider them family. I am over the moon about this facility and staff!Thank you for helping my loved one, when No one else was up for the challenge of mental health!
Ambleside Manor has pleasant staff and has the charm of a rural neighborhood. We strongly urge every consumer to conduct due diligence with considering Ambleside. [removed] We were alarmed that Ambleside Manor's caregiver has a live-in pit bull dog, who has shown aggressive and unpredictable behavior. The pit bull can appear pleasant and then change instantly without reason. The pit bull barks constantly especially when left unattended in the back. Not certain how tenants are to have rest, peace or true safety.
