I can’t say enough good things about Life Visions Assisted Living and Quality Care. My grandmother lived there, and the staff truly cared for her as if she were part of their own family. They were always kind, patient, and attentive, and they treated her with the dignity and respect she deserved. This facility provided outstanding care for my uncle, a veteran who was battling multiple myeloma cancer. Not good experience. Wrights violation. Disrespectful towards me, A client here at Life Vision. I've been given the wrong medicine several times, I'm still not getting all my meds from my original medicine list since I've been here 6/6/25. Staff is very argumentative, and does and runs this place like that won't to not like they should. If you try to talk to them about a situation, they will try to flip it around to make you feel like it's your fault. I reported an issue to D,C,F And after D,C,F, Investigation they gave me a 45 day notice to move. So no matter what, that will retaliate against you or make you feel like there short comings are your fault. I would not recommend any one to this place. Or the pharmacy that they make you use. I need my medication that South Dade rehabilitation sent me here with. Not medication from there pharmacy Health matters, At the wells, They were supposed to fill my prescriptions from South Dade rehabilitation. I haven't had them all since I've been here at Life Vision. I don't know whats good on. And health matters has some Doctors name on the medication list that is not my doctor!! I have gotten sick after eating, 3 times last month, throwing up from both ends. And 2 times this month. No privacy here they walk in the room at any time. Bothering me and going through my personal stuff, disrespecting me and my personal space and things.
